Great experience using Switalskis for a part-exchange with Barratt homes (for sale and purchase). Very knowledgable about the process and always happy to answer our queries. Very responsive on email and made the whole experience very simple.

Having moved a number of times and being a solicitor, I've always found fault with conveyancers and never been thrilled with the service received. That was until we instructed Switalskis.

We dealt mostly with Harriet, whose level of customer service and attention to detail was exceptional. Our sale was a stressful experience but she expertly managed the expectations of all involved and kept things moving, right through to completion. Everyone we dealt with were efficient, professional and courteous, but Harriet really went above and beyond with her client care and efficiency in dealing with our move.

My faith in conveyancing solicitors has been fully restored, thanks to Harriet and the team. My only regret is we didn't instruct them in previous transactions! I couldn't recommend the new build team at Switalskis more highly.
