No client service. They allow you to buy ETF's and one day you can sell it anymore. Calling them, they tell you it is not our problem, it is restricted. Deliver it to a broker, who still can sell it. Apparently they have no corporate action dept, which should inform clients before a stock gets delisted.
Furthermore their closing prices a rarely accurate, so P/L is not really reliable.

Strong Regulation, Easy Withdrawals — But High Spreads Are a Serious Problem
Previously, I was very happy trading with Swissquote Bank, mainly because deposits and withdrawals are extremely easy, in addition to its strong regulatory licenses.
However, what really bothers me about trading with them are the following points:
First, the spreads are very high compared to other brokers. What is stated on their official website regarding spread values is quite different from what I actually experienced after opening an account.
Second, MetaTrader 4 freezes very often during news releases or periods of high liquidity, which negatively affects trade execution.
I would like to remain a client with Swissquote, but the high spreads are the main reason pushing me to consider moving to another broker. I hope Swissquote reviews and improves its services so it does not lose its clients.

I am deeply disappointed with lack of transparency, lack of stocks analytics
I am deeply disappointed with Swissquote Luxembourg. A few years after onboarding, the quality of services has deteriorated significantly.
Most notably, Swissquote Luxembourg has discontinued Morningstar equity analytics without providing any replacement solution, alternative platform, or prior communication regarding a future offering. As a result, investors are now deprived of access to detailed financial, valuation, and fundamental data necessary to make informed investment decisions. Only rudimentary parameters remain available—information that can be obtained freely from public online sources and therefore offers no added value.
This situation materially undermines the ability of clients to base investment decisions on robust economic analysis. For an investment platform positioning itself as a professional brokerage service, this is a serious shortcoming.
In addition, customer service lacks transparency and fails to provide clear, precise, and actionable information. Requests for escalation or contact with higher-level support are systematically blocked, leaving clients without any effective recourse. This opaque handling of client concerns further erodes trust.
Given that I am no longer able to support my investment decisions with reliable and comprehensive economic data through the platform, I intend to notify both the relevant consumer protection authority and the financial supervisory authority.
