I felt compelled to share my experience with Swimsport — their customer service was outstanding. I had some trouble finding the right size for my son, but thanks to their friendly guidance, we finally found a pair of racers that fit perfectly. Communication was excellent, and their product knowledge was second to none. Delivery was prompt, and the quality was fantastic. I’ve already recommended them to our swimming club, and Swimsport will definitely be our first choice from now on.

Swimsport new showroom
I called in at Swimsports new showroom. It’s a lovely space with easy access. The owners were really helpful. Great location, price and friendly service.
Came away with some goggles for my son which he loves and is convinced they make him faster.

Happy a swim shop is close ish by!
I'm so glad I've found a swim shop close by which we can visit to try costumes and race suits on. I had to order online this time and sadly the costume didn't fit. My daughter needs a long torso suit which you don't seem to stock as I guess there's not much call for it.
Returning item was easy and refunding is quick enough. I will be visiting and using again.
