So far so good. I submitted an order and was pleasantly surprised by a personal email confirmation. I have not received my order just yet as it has only been a few days. If the customer service is equivalent to the items ordered I will be thrilled. Thank you for your attention to the customer experience.

I would definitely recommend shopping at Swimlemon to all. They have the most stylish bathing suits that I have seen. And the prices are outstanding. Very affordable. I just can’t wait for the warm weather to go to the beach in my new bathing suit.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. This is a terrible scam of a store. I should know better than to buy something off of Facebook. I ordered five suits that I needed for a trip. Only one came, and it came six weeks late; the quality was horrible completely misshapen see-through fabric. For a $50+ suit, I expected more. When I tried to contact the company, they were completely unresponsive, but they continue to mercilessly send me trash emails trying to sell me more crap. DO NOT give these people money. I then tried to dispute this with my credit card, and they sent them information that it was delivered. I never signed or received the suits. They are fraudulent and I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

They sent my order in a wrong address , I had to pay another shipment .ICustomer service don't answer my emails . Don’t buy from them

Delivery timeframe is over 30+ days! Which of course this is not mentioned when you order. Item was ordered on 1/17/19 and still as of 2/19/19 have not received it. They have provided me with a tracking number which updates have not changed since 1/30/19 and it is coming from China by container. I tried to cancel the order, bc I think delivery time is unacceptable. Hope you're not in a hurry to get your order. I can't imagine having to return it.

I have not received the products purchased yet, but thus far I have been pleased with the order process and the ease of determining sizes by the measurement charts. Now to just hope it all adds up and is spot on with the quality and the size!

Terrible customer service. I put in my order about more than a month ago and still haven't gotten. I've tried contacting swimlemon so many times but they don't respond.

The ordering process was simple, and their were choices in every variety of style imaginable, which I appreciate for bathing suits. I haven't received it yet, so can't say 4 Stars til I get to see materials and size accuracy.

wrong product sent and they would not pay for the return shipping. It was their problem that they sent the wrong product, I should not have to pay for international shipping for their mistake.

I found the process throughout the whole order was great! Website easy to get around and not too complicated and also the checkout system is great too! would recommend the site to friends and family for sure.

I haven't received my product yet but I am very excited! Fantastic price!!

Cute suit, but I haven’t got it yet. Ordered way before I needed it, so hopefully it arrives in time. Will update review when I receive the product!

If you wanna wait over 2 months for cheaply made products that are incorrectly sized, then Swim Lemon is for you! I still haven’t even received the swimsuit I ordered which for some reason was sent separate. Even China could ship these quicker!! Terrible customer service!! Don’t waster your time!

Horrible experience with this company! Took well over a month to receive the swim suit (and they had no updated shipping information when I requested) the suit was delivered when I got back from vacation (and I ordered over FOUR weeks before). The suit ended up being too big and poor quality. So I went to return it. They have the most convoluted return policy!! You have to “request” a return, send in a picture, and pick from reasons why to return. Then they tell you they will get back to you and decide IF you can return it?! Long story short— they never responded to me and when I contacted them again saying I was waiting for a reply, they told me it was passed the 14 days return period and basically I was SOL. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. I hope this saves someone else the headache and the money!
