I ordered from swim lemon and haven’t received my order I got an email asking if I had and I responded and now haven’t heard anything and I have tried to send emails and they don’t go thru anymore

I ordered over a month and one half ago and they haven't even filled the order much less mailed it out and I can't get a response from them

Deceptive and misleading. Buyer beware. Return shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility and overseas. $27 to return to China. Website says at the bottom “ easy return” which is a lie. Not easy and costly.

Placing an order was easy and the description is detailed! After I placed an order, I immediately received an email with the company assuring me they are there should I have any questions or concerns, I’m grateful!

The site is so easy to navigate and explore. I bought a bikini from here before and I loved it! Great quality, great service and experience. I just hope that you added more cup-sizes to the models.

Good quality!! Honestly I was worried a little bit because of the price but they’re really great and I love them! I put wrong email address and I wasn’t sure if my order went through since I did t get an order confirmation mail. They were so quick to respond me to see if my order was on the way. Great customer service!! I just ordered another one!

DON'T BUY: this company is a scam!! Not only wasted my money but also my time trying to return something that was smaller than suggested measurements and worse quality than in the photo. After 5 long emails back and forth, they gave me address in Spain for the return. And still have the audacity to keep claiming that they are honest small company.

For everyone’s future reference, this company’s refund policy is something to be extremely aware of. They do not And have not addressed the refund process issue entailing a vague address overseas, which bumps up your postage from U.S to $35 plus! They have this tactic given their low price point.

Shopping experience was easy and the swimsuits are stylish and unique

A lot of good deals and beautiful swimsuits (picture-wise at least, so far). We were quite impressed with the value after all discounts were included. Hopefully all sizes are suitable and it arrives a few days before Christmas Eve!

Hi my order is SL85786. Unfortunate your suits do not fit my body type. I’ve ordered three times and have not had any success so far. I wear a size 10 US and M-L and the XL suits are too short in length or don’t stretch over my knees without ripping from being too narrow and small. Customer service has been exceptional in terms of supplying alternative suits to try and response times are very fast. Unfortunately the product is just not working. If possible I’d like a cash refund this time from my original purchase. Thank you
