We had Jack Moyse from SWITCH as a solicitor for our home purchase. He was excellent, I couldn’t fault him at all. His communication was perfect, he always answered the phone first time or answered emails within an hour. Anything that was asked of him he would do within a couple of hours. He made our experience extremely easy, I would highly recommend him and the company.

I cannot recommend Swiitch enough. Patience and Daniel dealt with my house purchase, and they both communicated clearly throughout the process. I spoke to Patience numerous times throughout, and she always explained everything to me, thoroughly. My house purchase was from the sale of Bitcoin, and the poor old compliance team were presented with thousands of Coinbase transactions, not to mention the 1000+ eBay sales used to buy the Bitcoin in the first place, and yet I wasn`t charged any extra money.

Swiitch were recommended to me via the Estate Agent and Gemma Clarke handled my house sale etc. I was very pleased with the prompt and professional service that Gemma provided. No unnecessary delays, no chasing up needed by me and I was kept informed throughout the process. I would definitely ask Swiitch to represent me in the future.

Selling my flat really was not a straight forward process. I initially started the process with another conveyancing firm who were a complete nightmare so I decided to instruct Swiitch. This was by far the right decision. Liam Cook dealt with my property sale. I had a particularly challenging chain but Liam kept me updated at every stage, answered all my questions promptly and explained complex legal details clearly. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing a reliable conveyancing service. My only regret is not instructing Swittch at the beginning. I wouldn't hesitate to instruct Swittch again and can't recommend them enough.

We were slightly sceptical around choosing a conveyancer based on our estate agent referral. Also our last move was over 20 years ago thus we were not in tune with the process. Having researched our estate agent recommendations, Swiitch looked like a good choice, we instructed them to act for us.

In the end our experience with Swiitch was very positive. We had sufficient guidance provided to help us get back in tune with the process, importantly the communication from Swiitch was very good throughout, and they kept the process moving. Special thanks has to go to Yas Nezirai who was key in making it all happen.

Excellent service from Owen Fitchett! What should have been a relatively straight forward sale turned into a bit of a nightmare due to problems on the other side of the sale. Owen was an absolute godsend! He was consistently helpful, he diligently pursued the other solicitor, sought advice on his side and never failed to keep in touch. I'm not sure the sale would have gone through without him! Would highly recommend.
