Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. Pathetic..If you are waiting for a refund for a cancelled order which you did due to unavailabilitu at restaurant, you will never get your money back from swiggy. On their app they will show refund credited but its a fraud they never did initiated the refund. They will digest your hard earned money silently and no customer service executive will reach out to you ever, you will be kept in waiting for hours to talk to customer executive but they will never connect to one because they never intend to refund your money. Extremely poor and pathetic

This is about Instamart delivery for…

This is about Instamart delivery for which payment has been made in advance with the order.
With out delivery of items , I received delivery confirmation. After two hours of complaining about non delivery, the delivery boy comes informing one item is not available and delivers balance items.He informed the cost of the item will be refunded. They don’t have system of OTP or security code to confirm the delivery. The email responses of customer care are very vague, meaningless. Despite several reminders there is no action on the non delivered item.Very difficult to reach the customer care by phone and they refuse to take complaint and advise to communicate only by email.Till today issue not sorted out.

Worst delivery experience

Nowadays, the delivery is not proper. The estimated time shows 45 mins, but the order takes 2 hours to reach. This has happened 4 times in the past month alone. Even today, I had to talk for 20 mins just to get my refund. I know it’s about the delivery partner issues. I’ve uninstalled the app today. That’s it, I’m done. Never ordering from Swiggy again

Worse experience.

Worse experience.. I ordered a from from Swiggy for 3700 on 24th Jan 2026 and the food was delivered only the half of things. After complaining ,customer care suppose to resolve the the things within 24 hours. But still not yet resolve yet. I need my refund . It's so untrustful the brand Swiggy . I will recommend not to ordered from Swiggy...I need my refund .

Extremely disappointed with Swiggy

Extremely disappointed with Swiggy. Orders are repeatedly delivered well after the promised time, customer support is rude and dismissive, and I was charged a cancellation fee for an order I never even received. What is management doing— is this really how you run a business? Service is not even 1 star rated.

The service of swiggy Instamart is very disappointing and their delivery partner not properly trained they don't know how to talk with customer don't have any manners and don't know how to work, worst experience with Swiggy instamart.I suggest to everyone don't trust them they are not properly work.

Today I ordered from swiggy and paid…

Today I ordered from swiggy and paid for early delivery, but instead of delivering early, delivery gor delayed by 20 mins and their customer service is of no use, the person continuously saying that it is on time. Why they give option of early delivery if they can't deliver on the given time, I think it's money mincing system. I am warning everyone to never pay for early delivery option in Swiggy. Their delivery is always late. Their delivery partners are not trained enough to communicate properly to the customer and hence delays happened. Unprofessional attitude of company's employees results in this type of poor services. I am totally disappointed by Swiggy management.

Clickbait Fraud on Swiggy Instamart – Zero Accountability

Swiggy Instamart is clearly misleading customers. The product listing showed 2 bottles of coffee with 2 different flavours, but when the order was delivered, only 1 flavour bottle was received.

When I contacted customer care, they accepted it as a missing package issue and initiated a full refund. Fair enough.

But here’s where the real problem starts — I ordered the same product again, and the exact same issue happened. This time, customer care conveniently changed their story and said it’s a catalogue issue and offered only a half refund.

When I pointed out that the earlier agent had refunded the full amount accepting it as a missing item, the new agent casually said the earlier refund was done “by mistake”. Seriously? How is a customer supposed to trust a platform where agents contradict each other and take zero responsibility?

I clearly asked for a simple resolution:
• Either take the bottle back and give a full refund, or
• Deliver the missing flavour bottle

But the agent had no solution, kept repeating the same scripted response, and pushed only for a half refund — for Swiggy’s own mistake.

End result:
❌ No accountability
❌ Wasted time jumping from one agent to another
❌ No proper compensation for repeated errors
❌ Customers paying the price for their catalogue and operational issues

This is nothing but clickbait listings to attract orders and then deny responsibility after delivery. Extremely disappointing experience.

I was just browsing but not ordered.

I was just browsing but not ordered.. I didn't choose cash on delivery.. I didn't pay online also .. but I cancelled it..
Still they brought the product and forcefully trying to give me.. I said it was cancelled.. but they are charged 361 rupees on next order.. this is so worst service from swiggy.... I will file a complaint on swiggy

Swiggy chatbot is horrible

On placing the order on Swiggy I immediately realised that the the address i gave was of my office. So when i looked to change it, i could not do it this time, although i could manage to change it previously. So I asked it to cancel the order, so that I could place it again on the home address. But The bot just would not cancel it. But after prodding 5 or 6 times, it cancelled. But The cancellation fee was my entire order. That is they didn't refund my money. That chatbot they have employed is horrible!
I m not using Swiggy again

Worstest coustomer service took money from me even when the order dint reach me 👎🏼 pathetic dint refund me the amt though the delivery guys mistake of not delivering the food evn mailed thy said thy can't refund it's a unfair solution given to me charging me money with no food
