Jodie put together an amazing tailor made holiday to Cuba working hard to secure hotels and Casa that I wanted and ones she found herself for me.

The Rep Jose in Matanzas was the best Rep I have come across especially not selling me trips I didn't want. He met us at the hotel as we arrived and resolved our only issue in a professional and more than expected way.

We had 7 different hotels and private taxis between and all went well. The driver from the airport didn't mind waiting for us for two hours as baggage was slow. He even bought us a cold beer while we waited for currency attracting many envious looks from those around us.

I would highly recommend Swift especially if you want more than an all inclusive beach holiday.

My first encounter with Swift was a banner ad while I was looking for deals on business class fares to the US. I was a bit sceptical initially at the savings promised, but they were genuine. Now Swift is my first port of call for air travel and all that goes with it. Excellent service from knowledgeable people — Adrienne in particular. They make complicated arrangements very simple. I have no hesitation in recommending them

Swift travel were very helpful in getting flights on virgin Atlantic. Because of the time of year and number of passengers they weren't able to get direct flights but were able to offer a very good alternative route.
When giving us the price they didn't tell us about the additional fees eg credit card charge and certain admin fees.
Overall a good experience dealing with them and there response times to questions was good.

They priced matched what we wanted and even got private transfers.
When the price went up for hotels in Cuba they found others.
