My experience with Swift was very positive. The website looked very clean and well polished. As well, the first pair free offer was pretty nice. I was able to find a pair of glasses that suited my face style and upgrade to the coatings for around $37.00, which is a steal.
The turn around time was about a week, which is standard, even for brick & mortar eyeglass companies.
When I got my glasses, they were in a very high quality black zipper case. The glasses were also VERY light. I could deal with wearing them on a daily basis.

Awful service. Placed an order many weeks ago and was told it would be arriving at my house the coming Saturday. Then Saturday came and I called again to find out the status and it was apparently not even shipped yet despite my being told it was. Meanwhile I ordered from clearly and they had it on my doorstep the same evening that I placed the order. This place is just slow and the support people don't seem to really know what is going on. I'm also disappointed that it advertised shipping only to support students but I ended up having to pay about 70$ because my lenses "weren't available free". It's like those "20$ oil change" places where you end up paying 250$ by the time you leave. Would not recommend. Buy from clearly. Same pricing and they get it to you within a few hours.

I had broken a pair of glasses and took to 3 opticians all of whom said nothing to be done - no way to repair or order new pair.
I then googled the number on the frame and found the exact same pair at Swift for $19!.
Received the new pair within a few days, took to an optician and they moved lenses from broken pair to new - perfect fit.
Very happy with experience.

Fast and easy received glasses fast

Great deals on eye glasses. Communication was open and informative about process of order. I knew exactly which stage my order was in (review, manufacturing, quality Control, & shipping) at all times. Shipping was fast and on time. Happy with my experience and the products.

My only suggestion would be to add more diversity to frames. More color options on each frame would be nice. As well as, more material options on each frame.

I purchased a set of new glasses, and while the prescription seems to be fine, the glasses arrived with both lenses popped out, and one was scratched. I'm quite disappointed as I have used Swift in the past and was quite pleased, but sadly not this time. As both a product and brand reviewer, I really don't like leaving negative reviews unless absolutely necessary, and this happens to be the case, as I didn't even receive a complete, put-together product.
