A great price for a quality product. Expected product in 7-10 business days and it arrived in 7 days flat! No problems at all I am completely satisfied!

Website is very easy to use and navigate, and the tutorials are great! It helped explain what information was need and how to find it so I felt confident my order was accurate.

I have sent 3 emails to them because my prescription is wrong...I cannot use the glasses I recieved and I have recieved no responses back..It's poor customer service

Very affordable and excellent customer service! It's my first time ordering glasses online so I made a couple of mistakes but the issue was corrected quickly. There might be a few flaws with the frame but the QC team will be fixing this issue. They will email you for every step so you would know what's happening. I received my glasses in about a week after submitting my order so it's fairly quick. I would definitely recommend this!

I ordered the exact same pair of glasses because I loved them so much. The second pair obviously didn't go through the review process because they are RIDICULOUS. They are supposed to be tortious print. They are black except for one clear spot dead in the center of the bridge. I can't even believe they sent them. I reached out to customer service with NO RESPONSE.

Nice plastic glasses at a good price. Lenses work perfect and I have astigmatism, no issues.

My go-to glasses vendor. I love how they listen to customer criticism and improve based on that. This is my second order: my first orders review stated that "the glasses cases should be bigger/ don't stuff the glasses into cases that damage them"-- they listened. They listened to other shoppers who say that shipping should be quicker-- got my order in 4 days-- including the weekend. One star was taken off bc the glasses that came in the soft case was slightly crooked, but not a deal breaker considering the price.

I think ordering glasses online is too risky. The prescription seems a bit off as I have a hard time focusing my eyes, and the lenses themselves are too big.

Great easy service.

I have been ordering glasses online from different vendors for many years. Recently, on the day I got my most new prescription I ordered from three different vendors. The order from Swift had the least follow-up, their website had the least amount of updates available, and their glasses took almost a week longer to arrive than those from the other two vendors which were all ordered on the same day. Compared to their competition, they should not call themselves "Swift." The glasses themselves weren't bad, but clearly a lower quality than from either of the other vendors. I did only order from Swift because of a "Free Pair" offer. Before ordering I read reviews which commented on their high shipping charge, it was $18 -- and that is high compared to their competition. So in reality, I got a $15 pair of glasses and paid $3 for shipping. I would not do it again. Not Swift Compared to Their Competition

I only wear glasses when my contacts are bothered by me so I was tired of paying $200+ dollars for frames. I ordered some basic wayfarer style frames. I’m super happy with the options of the lenses I picked. When they arrived they looked just like the picture. The only downside is that they needed quite a bit of adjustment to fit evenly on my face but it’s nothing an optometrist wouldnt do if I ordered through them

I ordered my glasses on September 14, 2017 and received them on September 22, 2017. The shipping was extremely fast (but expensive) and arrived a day earlier than I thought it would. I received four informative emails about the progress of my order (which I loved - keep that up!). My glasses were nicely packaged in a sturdy case and accompanied with a microfiber cloth for cleaning. My prescription was correct and my glasses were exactly what I was expecting.
The only reason I did not give a full five stars is because i felt that the online shopping experience was a little dodgy. I was very hesitant to shop with Swift Eyewear because there was not much of a selection, the website was hard to navigate, and their social media presence is lacking leading me to believe it was a scam. However, now that I have received my product, I am very pleased that I took a gamble and found a company that I would recommend to anyone looking for affordable eyewear.
