Awful. Will never use again having ordered from this company on several occasions. Received something different to what was advertised and ordered. Have attempted to contact the company through the form on their website and through direct message on Instagram. No response to any messages. Such disregard for a customer and delivering on what was ordered is fundamental to the trust a consumer puts in a retailer.

I am more disappointed in the customer service here. My order came and the boxes were sealed so I had to weigh them to find out which box was for which company. I handed in one and I presume it was what I ordered. I then handed in second box and it was not what I ordered only two of the five bags had what I ordered in them and the rest were all the same it was so embarrassing. I contacted sweet factory by instagram dm about four times and then emailed I sent pics of order and pics of what was received and still to this date no reply? Will not be using again not because of error in order but because the lack of customer service.

Simple process and great customer support. I had a simple query and filled out the support form. I got a response very quickly.

Genuinely so disappointed with the service from Sweet Factory. I placed an order as a gift, but when I opened the package, one of the items was incorrect. Annoying, but these things happen.
I reached out through their web form to rectify the issue...no response...
Over the next three weeks, I sent multiple emails and even reached out on social media in case of an issue with their website.
Sweet Factory never once acknowledged my repeated attempts to reach them, and I am now out of pocket as I also had to go and buy a replacement gift from a competitor - whose service was excellent, by the way!
I have been a customer for several years, but I can safely say that I will never buy from this disrespectful crowd again.
Avoid!

Amazing company, I purchased sweets for my daughter’s birthday. The presentation was beautiful and the sweets were in sealed bags and they are gorgeous. And there was such a variety to choose from. There was a lovely little note inside saying happy birthday. I would highly recommend the sweet factory and I’m looking forward to purchasing more of those gorgeous sweets😊

Website was easy to use, sweets were good value and good quality, only flaw is delivery to get it to me was alot.
