Customer service would not update why my withdrawal was taking longer than usual. Basically denied information about my own money. Very unprofessional. Customer service told me to email or call admin. I said that should be Customer services job to have admin look into the matter, not me. They've also denied to my bank that they did not keep a deposit that had a failed transaction on their end, but my bank showed it was withdrawn.

My game account was changed tried chatting and was ignored after sending a screen shot of my correct account I was blocked after being told that everyone got a new panda account not just me yet I can still access my old one I wasn't given account info or anything.

These people are shitty they won't deposit into the game system and they will keep your deposit they are rude and have no good business ethics what so ever

avoid sweepstake mobi as if it were covid-19 in your face!!!!! they're nothing but sophisticated criminals!! thieves.... they will take your money and load it rather quickly... they do have good platforms although they're rigged-coding i guess.... their supposed instant chat is useless... if they do answer they're rude and most of the time they'll just block you so non existent.... you go to cashout you may get lucky the first few times as long as it's small, then the bs starts!! they'll reject your redemption request, they'll ignore your messages and emails, and they'll block you!! find somewhere else honestly this place sux

scammers man on the facebook page it says like and share for 100 free credits. once you go through all their loopholes wait days for your account to be created you get 1 dollar. they dont know the difference between 100 and 1 lmao

Customer service is horrible …. My experience with them is just so unprofessional… to request a game for a free play they email about just to never receive it or if so it’s months later it’s pointless

+1 940 329 3242Thieves, don't pay out, change payout frequency (I've tested this with 10 friends and 10 accounts, lied about their location and country, have a phone number that rings once and hangs up and one email address that does not get answered. They make you often use gametime wallet which they are associated with and get percent of the charges you pay to load the money. They have the percentages designed where no matter what you lose portion of your money on every deposit, every with drawl and every load to and from game. I have provided evidence for lawsuit and investigation. They are not untouchable

I have been owed $400 ACH Bank withdraw since Dec. 11, 2024. Can't get an email back and the phone number rings once and hangs up.. I have been a loyal and profitable customer for over a year. Sweepstakes Mobi owes me 400 dollars and will not pay me!! I am livid. They blocked me from the chat feature so I have no way of getting this issue resolved. I emailed them since it's the only way to talk to anyone and they haven't responded. Horrible customer service, told me they sent my cashout never received. When contacting customer service unresponsive. No one seems to care. I spend thousands a week, and when I cashout I never received the funds! Scammers

One of those scam sites, they try to make you use a terrible mobile wallet to deposit… that mobile wallet took $10 and said you need to pay another $5 to have it sent back to your account. The wallet I came to find out is ran by the same people as this site. They wanna take your money and offer you little to nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️

Really appreciate that the supervisor got on this late and help me to get my funds I'm so grateful for his help instead of making me wait for days he helped me out also the customer service was satisfactory.
