Scam…. I won 1000$ cash out $500 because that’s all it allowed it said up to 2 days been two days now saying 2 more days problems with payout. I been playing with these people for a long time no problems until they changed the games up now you can barely win anymore. Now I won and want my cash out they having problems please get away from this site it’s definitely a scam. But I will say we reap what we sow they will get theirs.

This site is a rip off! Don't play here because you will ve wasting your money and time. They will not redeem anything you win. They owed me over $800 and never paid. Their customer service is a bot. You can never talk to a real person and you can't even get a real email address.

Great platform I've cashed out 3 times already with a total of $1050 in winnings all of which has hit my bank account...I've also won there raffle contest and was rewarded $100 to my account...I've read the negative reviews on this place and from my personal experience there all wrong I haven't had a problem at all the thing it don't like is that it takes 24 hours to get your winnings to your account but besides that I live this website... thank you sweepstakes mobile

I got an email saying I could get 100 credits for sign up bonus, so I went to the site and the customer service chat bubble popped up saying hi and if I needed help just ask. my email stated all I have to do is ask for the juwa 100 credits bonus. so I opened the chat bubble and heres how it went.

mari (the customer service rep): Hi

Me: hi I am signing up now I got an email about 100 juwa bonus credits.

mari: yes to begin to claim your credits STEP1 go to this url address on facebook and like and share and then when you send us screen shots of your proof you did those things we can move on to STEP 2.

Me: where are you located? united states or another country? also my email stated nothing about Sharing and liking with screen shot proof to get my bonus. (I sent a screen shot of my email)

mari: then dont send me nothing

I told him that comment told me more than he will ever know... I also informed him I'd be sharing this convo to maybe keep others from falling into their scam. Call me picky but I will never trust a customer service rep that has poor grammar. I mean come on, double negatives in one sentence is a grammar 101 no no. I wouldnt waste your time with this site it feels looks and sounds very wrong.

They were good at one point...but NOT anymore. They dont even have golden dragon anymore. It's "golden dragon city" now. Which is a temu version of the original. Same with Orion stars. The links don't even go to the original websites. And when you make a deposit and its not credited, oh well. It's not there fault. The customer is never right and you'll only be told to be patient. Thats their idea of resolution. Half of their listed games are "temporarily disabled" anyways.
I've been playing here for 4 years loyaly. I've recommended them, dozens of times up until about 6 months ago. Things started to change and not in a good way.

They send me a link wanting me to summit my identification documents ...the link they sent me to summit the documents to was IDenfy ...I summited the front back and selfie as it requested me to of my vailed identification card and IDenfy replied back verification approved but when idenfy sent to approved to sweepstakes mobi then sweepstakes mobi denied it under personal review by there so called administration ... even after there security system check of my identification was approved ..they have the choice to accept it or not if not they make you summit documents over and over no matter how many times the verification is approved throw there idenfy link they keep you in a REMOVEDso they don't have to pay you out what you win dont believe me here is all the documents I have keep records of were they will want release my money they even went as far as after I was verified throw idenfy they suspended my account and still has my $582.00 they are withholding from me.

Have cashed out $50-$400 cash outs within 24 hr . I have made many deposits but that goes with anything gambling . I highly recommend they have many game platforms more then you can imagine . Website makes it easy to deposit to game and cash out !
