Wrong item sent. The knitted jumper with an Icelandic pattern I ordered never materialised, instead a cheap, synthetic top was sent. I have spent months trying to get a refund. They offered a discount voucher but I wanted a full refund. They said I had to return the item to China and pay the postage! Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolute scam company, ordered a chunky knit cardigan, got a cheap polyester bit of crap, save your money, don’t use this website!

I wish I read these reviews before!
I spent 60 EUR on “cardigan” and “sweater”, but received two thin polyester tops, which look like rubbish. And the refund is impossible.

Scam website two jumpers ordered looked beautiful quality and described as cosy knit were two very thin cheap polyester tops which probably cost $1 to make plus totally wrong size.
Lucky I paid with PayPal and received a partial refund. Avoid at all costs they do not want to refund and total rip off!

Scam!! Items not as advertised and not able to process refund as they give bogus details. Multiple pages they sell under.

Rip off company What is delivered is NOTHING like advertised. Don't waste your money!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with this sweater ,please don’t waste your money it’s an absolute scam the material is nothing like it says ,I am trying to return my sweater as it’s so awful ,just please whatever you do DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Do not order from this company. 'Close Knit' sweater was the advert. Beautiful NOT!! Polyester rubbish, cost about 50p to make not the £20+ paid. Ignoring my emails, what a surprise!!

Do NOT use this company!!!I paid for a KNITTED SWEATER and was sent a PRINTED POLYESTER one instead. Who does that?? It looks like garbage!!! And the company??? They are “reviewing it”. I wrote to them in the beginning of December and have yet to hear back. Terrible customer service.

The two items arrived! They were extremely tacky, badly made and nothing like the photos in the advertisement. One was and Icelandic sweater, actually is was a nylon hoody with a pattern printed on it. The other a chunky knitted cardigan, it was manmade fibres and definitely not chunky. I have sent 5 e-mails requesting a refund. I am now looking into Paypal's Buyer Protection to see if I can get a refund that way.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. I ordered three sweaters which took forever to arrive. It is not obvious from the site that it is a Chinese company. It was purporting to sell Icelandic Sweaters.

Quality is appalling. I asked to return them for a refund but I have been fobbed off with excuses like they can't issue refunds because their bank account is frozen. I am still arguing after several weeks and being ignored.

This company is an absolute scam. The goods are NOTHING like the ones shown in the pictures eg a 'knitted' fair isle jumper was actually nylon fabric with a knitted design printed on it.

I ordered three ‘crocheted and knitted’ sweaters. I only received 2 of the three items (even though the order details claimed all 3 were sent in same package). In addition, what I received were not knitted nor crocheted, but ugly shiny polyester prints. Not even wearable imo. Truly horrible and nothing like advertised or shown. I paid through PayPal, and initiated a dispute. I am now being told the company is only offering a $50 refund (out of the total $94.37 I paid). So, most of that refund would be for the missing (most expensive) sweater, and I’d be left paying $22 each for the ugly two sweaters I received (about $6 off each, or $12 off altogether). Not a good outcome.

Wouldn't even give a 1 star review tbh. Paid for a sweater in November and it still hasn't arrived. The tracking number they gave me must be incorrect or false. Contacted my bank and got my monet back. Save yourself the effort and just don't bother.

Just received my ‘sweater’! Not knitted but a cheap material. I’ve emailed Sweater Love for an address to return this so called sweater. No doubt it will cost me money to return it but I suppose we live and learn.

I can not believe what just arrived .The items I bought looked great on their on line shop but look nothing like like the same item when they arrived . I bought 3 items believing all were Icelandic wool items as stated on the website . What I received was one wool item and 2 printed sweatshirts which look nothing like what is printed on their site . I have emailed them for a refund but expect them to say no refund until they arrive back and it will of course cost more to return than what the refund would be . Why can’t people be honest . I would post pictures if I could

Untruthful company. Wool from Iceland turns out to be acrylic from China. Cannot get refund unless returned to China which is of course too expensive, unreliable and takes a long time.

Absolute rubbish, what I got is nothing like what I ordered, As in another review from another customer.
ofered me 15% discount, Then a 20% discount.
Pics are of quality sweaters. But what they send you is some real cheap, poor quality Chinese rubbish and nothing like what yo order.
Shall now be seeking a full refund via Paypal

Appalling quality. 100% polyester. Made in China. Nothing like the 100% wool Icelandic sweater ordered. A total rip off.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Total con and fraudulent company. I have passed this on to the international department for fare trade. Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. Company will send you a cheap copy of the beautiful item you think you are buying. When you complain they are all very apologetic and offer you a 15% voucher and to keep the item. This is justified aparently to save you the expensive of returning the cheap copy to china. When I questions this the offered me a 20% voucher to buy some more cheap tat. I have lost my money as PayPal keep referring ot back to the seller. Just save yourself the hassle and leave well alone.
