I have been a member since 2020. I won the auction, but no reward is given.
I have been a Sweatcoin user since 2020. I participated in the auction in 2022 and won. Then I filled out the form and an e-mail was sent by your team. Then the following message came from you:
"Hello,
We have received your Typeform submission. Please allow us some time to process this and to run the necessary fraud checks.
"All the best"
And a few hours later the email came again:
"Hi there,
No worries at all as you have passed the fraud check anyway. "I will order your prize in the next coming days and send you a confirmation email once that's done."
And after all these emails, the monetary value of the prize I won was paid to me (2022). Then I asked this person in your team if I could participate in the auctions again and your team said "yes you can." I still have emails from you regarding all of this.
And at the end of this period, 20 days ago in 2024, I participated in the "$1000 Hotelsgift Card" auction and won. 20 days have passed and you say you cannot give me this reward. I have never violated any rules, I have purchased premium membership from you for years and I have kept and waited for my sweatcoins for years. I won the award and yet you don't give me my award. You made a "fraud check" in 2022 and sent my reward. Why don't you send it now? Please give me the reward I deserve and solve this problem.

I ask for an apology for the unpleasant…
I ask for an apology for the unpleasant unacceptable reactions during my previous reviews. The 25 dollars I wrote was actually an error. But even if it’s 25 sweatcoins, I did not receive it. Anyway, I’m fine and regretful of my impulsive reactions. I profoundly understand the good intention of Sweatcoin to encourage and motivate people to walk. Actually, with and without the prize, it is my personal responsibility to keep my body healthy, and walking is one of the best and most easy way to do. Now, I have completed the 100k steps Valentne challenge and about to complete the 250k steps challenge. In fact, I must be grateful to Sweatcoin for initiating and providing the impetus or stimulation for people to keep walking.
Thank you so much. God bless
Been using for a couple of years now
Been using for a couple of years now, as a mixture of paid (trouble maker) and free. Finally won an auction worth allegedly £220.00 of goods, with just half of the coins i've accumulated so far.
Also have $226 (as of writing this review) worth of the SWEAT crypto.
Would highly recommend using both Apps.
Only 4* because they removed Trouble Maker and there is now only Premium or Free, and Premium is 2x the price Trouble Maker was.
2nd reason kind of links in, as unless you are walking 200,000 steps per day, you will never outearn all the older users that have insane amounts of coins for the top tier auctions.
I purchased a $100 adidas gift card…
I purchased a $100 adidas gift card with my sweatcoins last March and haven’t used it yet. I tried using it this past weekend and I was directed to bitrefill to access it. Upon entering the gift card code, I was met with an error message. I contacted Sweatcoin support but they said that because it’s been past 30 days, I can’t get a refund. But I wasn’t asking for a refund, I just wanna access the gift card that I purchased.

Don’t lose your activation email!!!!
Firstly, I’m unable to access my accumulated Sweatcoin, all the way back from 2018. So here’s why YOU MUST NOT lose your activation email, because:
- In the Sweat Wallet, to opt-in and access your SWEAT, it asks you to login through the former app “Sweatcoin”, but when tapping that button, it asks for an activation email, instead of just connecting the THE SWEATCOIN APP I HAVE INSTALLED AND ARE ABLE TO ACCESS…
- If I want to opt-in without the activation-email (which is an option), I have to create a new account in the Sweatcoin app, but then I won’t be able to access my Sweatcoins accumulated from 2018. I have confirmation from the team, that I would have to start over and lose my sweatcoins.
- When going to the Sweatcoin app (not the Sweat Wallet), I can also opt-in to my Sweat Wallet, but when clicking this option, my Sweat Wallet just open and present me with the first and only option (activation email).
- Had I created a passphrase, I may not have had these issues.
- The team can apparently not do ANYTHING if the activation email is gone, regardless of any proof you provide. Perhaps just give up, as you won’t get any solutions or compensation, as it’s of course your own fault for losing the email. It’s just very frustrating that they put everything on a single email and won’t accept concrete imagery from both applications as proof.
Secondly, I was quite “displeased” to learn, that loyal users, all the way back from 2018 and before, didn’t receive any sort of benefit from being early birds. I myself also paid a smaller amount of money monthly, to be able to mint Sweatcoin for all my steps, as I walk a lot. Now, as SWEAT has become a tradable crypto, us (who are early birds) can’t even access the SWEAT we’ve earned, by they are released over time. With the current price, ANYONE could grab a massive bag without it ruining their savings…
I would have to admit, that the concept is great and this is just an annoying situation for me. Anyone should download the apps and start walking. But losing 20.000+ SWEATS because I don’t have an OLD mail, is beyond my comprehension.

Boost your health
Love this app. I challenge myself each week to improve my step count. Better still use the 'Boost' function to earn double Sweatcoins. So many rewards to choose from but I'm saving them up for the bigger rewards.

A fitness game changer!
I used to sit and work at my desk all day and this app prompts me from time to time and reminds me to take a walk, and on top of that I can redeem discounts on brand like Nike and Adidas. Completely changed my routine and made me more active. Definitely recommend!

This free little app is better than an trainer
This free little app is better than a personal trainer at getting me to go out the house and move more. As a fully remote worker, it's hard to find motivation to be more active, but Sweatcoin does the trick with its rewards and everything you can do with them. I convince my friends to join the monthly challenges and it's so much fun!
They don't answer emails when you need help
Whenever you have a problem and need to contact them, they won't answer. Been a member since 2018 and I've waited 2 weeks for an answer. Sadly they don't want to help you. I'll edit this review with how long it takes to answer my email

I have been using for more than a year
I have been using for more than a year, I would rate 5 stars. However, their app changed my mind. First all the ads on their app are very inappropriate, many ads are actually scam, they keep promoting them.
Even I don't care all these ads, and never click on it. There is still a same problem with their rewards, promoting scam companies.
Like recently they promote wxxxtax.com, I lost 4K because the other company is scam, trustpilot even block their review page.
So be careful with their ads.

Good and i like
A link between sport and gain
It Washington a great esperienze.. I think that gaining money only walking is a good idea, because they are two different aspects but, if we link, they can help us everyday.
Scam, don’t bother! Doesn’t record properly.
Still a scam. Doesn’t record on the boost function, ads are often based on gambling or repeated, doesn’t record any of the coins through the day so if I don’t log on repeatedly it just doesn’t record.
Absolute scam and all the reviews are ridiculous - fake and stupid. I cannot recommend.
I have (after many years) received an auction I bid on but it took forever to get there and so many times it doesn’t record your steps.
Deleted!
Nice is good
Hello
Hello, I've been a sweatcoiner for many years since 2015, when it first started, my job is a postman which means I walk minimum 20000 steps a day so 9 years and I've only managed to rack up 15000 sweat coins that's also counting the competitions I've entered and the daily bonuses and boosts, things to bid on are 30000 sweat coins + so I cannot understand how people have that many coins, doesn't look like I'll be getting any thing soon, plus I think many people who wrote a review are fake .
Disagree with good reviews
Disagree with good reviews.i really don’t care about the app but I did join a 2 week challenge and my steps were completed a day in advance. I went to check on status and they said sorry you didn’t cut it and challenge has ended so no prize that we promised. Such a scam. Literally I completed challenge 36 hours before the heir deadline. Whatever, just makeshift hem look untrustworthy. I have the app still but will never enter another scam challenge nor will I ever give them one dime from me.
