Hi,

We're sorry you're having issues here!

We'd advise going to the "help" section of the Sweatcoin app and looking at the FAQ's on step conversion for your device which should help here!

Oftentimes the device settings cause issues converting your steps into sweatcoins.

Would give 0 stars but that was not possible

I have been with sweatcoin all the way from the start.
Have been really happy with the experience with the concept etc.

I will skip my story and let you guys know the problem.

As users of sweatcoin and sweatwallet you know that you get "claim" and you can claim free sweatcoins from jars and PoS.
Well first of all you need to pay 1 NEAR as a transaction fee(This was added after a while, from the beginning this claim was free). But now they also added "discount": "100% off" so if you watch an advertise video for a minute wich also gives them revenue. the problem is that you still need to pay the fee. If you have 0 NEAR for example and you watch the video then you will not be able to claim, it says that its free to claim but when you try to it says error.

And they're fine support also literly stating and i quote "Please understand that any transaction costs gas. If you have made a lot of transfers and created a lot of jars, you will eventually run out of NEAR on your pre-funded account and will need to top up!

Please visit one of the major exchanges such as OKX, ByBit, Nexo, FTX, Bitfinex, KuCoin, Binance, or Coinbaseand, and buy 1 NEAR. Make sure to transfer it to your Sweat wallet. "

And

"Hi,

Sorry for the confusion caused please note that watching videos gives you a discount on the $SWEAT fee. However, as Sweat wallet is built on Near blockchain every transaction costs a small Near fee.

Thanks,"

Im just going to quote my response to the support so you get a full update aswell.

"Okay,

I will let all other sweat users know the false claim then for the "100% discount".
I know you wont agree nor deny any of what i am saying but i guess you have the IQ to know what "100% discount" means. It sounds alot like the dropshipping scam "free+shipping" ha ha.

Well been with sweat from the start, can tell you feels kinda dissapointing how it have became but greed is greed and what dont you do for money right.

But i will let sweat users know so they dont watch videos or do tasks for literly nothing. There is alot of groups and forums so np and trust pilot.

Will actually stop using both sweatcoin app and the wallet.
Its not about the value of the fee's, coin value or advertisement videos but its just clearly how sick i am of how no one longer gives anything about the principal for things anymore.

With time everything that is good will turn into greed and show that money is the only thing that will be counting and not the number of users or happy or not happy customers.

Hope your fake-scheme works out good for you guys."

Maybe you think "ohh its just like no money at all as the gas fee" well i am very well aware of that but it seems like company, websites and apps can literly lie and say anything and get away with it now a days and just say that "ohh we say that but we meant this" or "yeah but if you re-phrase it like this bla bla it makes sense".

The only review you have to read here…

The only review you have to read here is Radi Tyanov’s. In its mission statement Sweatcoin calls itself a free app which rewards your daily steps with a new-generation currency you can spend on cool products. And it’s exactly the opposite. So, I have 5,744.99 Sweatcoins and not one single ‘cool product’ to spend it on. Almost every promotion pushed in the marketplace is free (and completely underwhelming), e.g. a one month free trial for Kindle. Also, now that I opened this app after months, they’ve added game ads that you wait through while you check on how many worthless sweatcoins you have gathering dust. Maybe another reviewer was right, Sweatcoin used to be good while it built up membership, but now it’s just a useless advertising app.

Hi Kenneth,

We're so sorry that you've left us a 1 star review here and appreciate your feedback.

Please know that our product teams are working really hard to improve our marketplace (and all our features in general) all the time, and keep an eye out, as there are some really exciting new changes around the corner!

We'd also point out though, that if you're not seeing any value in our marketplace as there's nothing that sparks your interest, you might find Sweat Wallet has something that you like! You'll also be earning crypto for your steps. :)

Useless app

Just like Radi Tianov's review said, it's relatively pointless. After having the app for about 2 years now, I've gained 2,500 sweatcoins. The things you can buy are either offers that are available anyways, for let's say 10 sweatcoins, or auctions that go for insane prices for example a $20 voucher which sold for 14,000 sweatcoins! Working for 2 or 3 extra hours at a minimum wage job for 1 evening will make you more than this app will make you in years!

What’s the point?

I simply ask, what is the point of this?

Let me explain, I have had this app for 3 years now as I walk over 12K steps a day on average. I have amounted roughly 6000 Sweat coins during this time. My only question is why am I actually doing it? For what? For who? These 6000 sweat coins have never allowed me to actually buy anything using them. The marketplace offers the same deals day in day out on the market place. The types of deals that the websites of companies offer regardless to you. Things like 50% off “irrelevant item or useless membership to some company you wouldn’t subscribe to in the first place. The only chance to buy something is to bid in one of the daily auctions. To put into perspective the winners of the daily auctions will win something like a toaster for the equivalent of 70000 sweat coins. Now I have no clue at all where these people find all these sweat coins from but to put into measure a relativelyactive person like me would need to use this app for 40-50 years just to win a printer. I have left feedback about the marketplace every day but nobody has acted on it.

Please feel free to ask me anyquestion below

Hi Radi,

We're really sorry to see you've left us such a poor review here.

We do appreciate you leaving us feedback every day and assure you that we are acting on our users' feedback behind the scenes. We are working on new and exciting improvements to not just the marketplace but all the features in our app.

However, if you're still not finding anything you see value in from our marketplace (whether it be our offers or ways to donate your sweatcoins to charitable causes), then we'd encourage you to check out our sister app - Sweat Wallet. With Sweat Wallet you can earn our own crypto currency $SWEAT with your steps and do with the crypto what you wish, including buying, selling and trading. There are also a selection of other offers on the Sweat Wallet app which might tickle your fancy more than those on Sweatcoin currently.

As always, we appreciate your valued feedback!

Hi Hamzox,

We're sorry you've felt the need to give us such a negative review here.

Firstly, and very importantly, we do not and never will sell any of our users personal data. We protect our users data and take this matter extremely seriously. For more information about what we do with your data, please visit our privacy policy from the Sweatcoin app or from our website.

Regarding being a user for 3 years and not gaining any dollars, firstly we'd like to thank you for being a loyal user with us for such a long time - that's really great to hear!

However, we're also upset to hear that you feel there's nothing of value in the app. Please do reach out to us at support@sweatco.in with your suggestions, as we're always looking to hear meaningful feedback from our users!

If you feel that you're interested in making money rather than redeeming our offers or donating your sweatcoins to charities however, we'd suggest you download our sister app, Sweat Wallet. With Sweat Wallet you can walk for crypto ($SWEAT) and do with that as you wish, including selling it or trading it.

Many thanks for your valued feedback!

Not total crap & more bad news: "Spin to lose", Web3 game performance "sucks"

First, I'd like to explain why even though I have more criticism to offer now, I gave the overall service an additional star.

One star reviews are reserved for absolute and total crap services and I want to believe that this is not that.

They managed to set up a whole whitepaper for a crypto asset... which they allow you to generate from just walking around. (Although the generator is not allocating real steps properly unfortunately)

It's probably been a tough road 🛣️ for them and i acknowledge that developing a perfectly working app takes more effort than a small team (in comparison to apps like YouTube, Facebook, X, etc.) can handle.

Reference to my previous review for other/main criticisms btw.

More bad news: They have a "spin to win" game... (within their wallet app for crypto)

Every time you spin the wheel it shows you an ad (means they to gain actual revenue)

and then if you spin again... you might wind up with zero.

Basically like I've said before: There's a lot of "gambling" involved in this app.

Oh and their Web3 game (same app) performs quite poorly on my device... It's not the newest... (But its a Pixel 3 XL running Android 12... never had a performance issue yet with other apps.)

It's at least not the illegal kind of gambling...

I wonder if it should be. They should reward a loss of the "game" somehow... Like if you get zero... Get double for whatever you win next time...

Or if that's not an option, perhaps they could give you a "coupon" for the gas fee when you lockup SWEAT. Since they're trying to encourage people to do exactly that anyway.

If they can't do any of those, maybe they shouldn't be offering such games.

Crypto will usually come with some form of gas fee. For every transaction you wanna lockup the coins (for up to 12 months) to increase (or how they call it "grow") your SWEAT coins simply through holding them, you will have to pay a 0.25 SWEAT gas fee.

So it won't make sense to lockup just 1 SWEAT... or even just 5 SWEAT... you're gonna wanna accumulate some SWEAT to make the percentage of your loss lower.

Works when it wants to

Works when it wants to. Some days it works OK. 50% of the time it doesn't. Click on the 20 minutes 2 x open Boost. Maybe it works but some of the time it doesn't. I do my work out and 50%of the time I get nothing for my efforts. Very poor on behalf of the owners

Sweatcoin isn't a SCAM, but not worth it.

Sweatcoin isn't a SCAM, but it is a sheet. I did open an account 20 days ago. Walked 5000 - 15000 steps per day, the maximum I got was 0,87 per day. I don't want to get into details. After 20 days of activity, I got 18,36 SWEAT coins - 20 US Cents. You will be bombarded with ADS, and you have to wait (sometimes) 2+ minutes to be able to kill those ads. A lot of ADS, a lot of everything - they are using Google FIT - that's it... I think that platform is "made" just to get you to click on those ads - They don't give a sheet about your activity. I am going to delete this APP. Btw, they have some kind of wheel of fortune... I never got some extra... always the least of points - like I'm against the Roulette. Please, don't use it... some kind of a "scam".
Edit: 06/15/2025 - They said you don't have to watch adds, but you will earn even less. Btw, you will see some guys, mostly from India, and some other states - they have 100-150K steps per day - which is impossible... IMHO - You will not earn much. There isn't or wasn't some real control of number of steps. Do not use.

Hi Ademi,

We're so sorry to see you've left us such a negative review.

Firstly, please note that watching ads in our app is totally optional and only part of our "daily rewards" feature, where users can choose to watch an optional ad for extra rewards. If you don't wish to see the ads, please don't engage with that feature.

Regarding your conversion rates, if you're walking upto 15k steps a day that's amazing! You should be earning far more than 0.87 sweatcoins a day if you're walking this much. To check if all your device settings are in order, please check our FAQ's to optimize things for your specific device so you can earn more!

If you have any issues, our dedicated support team is always on hand, at support@sweatco.in.

Thanks,

Very poor, gone downhill fast

Used to work perfectly, No longer accurate, steps not converted to sweatcoin, I lose thousands of steps each week. Boost very rarely works now and they have the cheek to blame Apple as I use iPhone 15.

Used to love this app as I could compete with family and in turn promoted better health.

It appears Sweatcoin have got too successful and now do not want to pay coins.

Very disappointing to say the least
