José was very helpful and kind. I felt really well taken care of and he took time to answer my questions and adjust the bike to my needs. I love the bike as well! It’s easy to ride, also in high gears.

Excellent service, José was wonderful.
I came in to test ride a bike, had to make an appointment for the next day to officially pick it up as all the slots were taken. José however helped me get the bike set up on the spot as I was already there, he was wonderfully friendly, helpful, and efficient. He answered all my questions, overall delivered an amazing service and made my experience very pleasant. The place has a very welcoming atmosphere, free coffee etc.

Swapfiets has done the most amazing job in delivering my bike. Its the first time I'm taking a bike from them, and was anticipating its arrival. It arrived as I was at work and I kindly asked the delivery guy to come back later, and he did!! That is what I call awesome service!

Fantastic bikes and great service. Love my Swapfiets, and I feel safe riding it and leaving locked up all over London. I had a small gear issue after a few months of riding, and Marcello came to me and exchanged it for a new bike. Saves me so much time and hassle over having my own bike.

I was expecting to just inflate my bicycle tires myself, but Marcel went above and beyond. By the time he called me, everything was already done—he had checked the brakes, inflated the tires, and even put a rain cover on the seat of the bicycle. MY ONLY WISH IS TO GIVE THEM A LOWER SCORE
I could not warn people to stay away more from this joke of a company! My bike was stolen because of the poor equipment they provided and then process got worse and worse from there! I could not cancel my subscription even though the bike was stolen so they took another months payment, the then cost of stolen bike was ridiculously high even though locks provided are easy for thieves and then every step of the customer service has been comical and taken months of my time and administration with unhelpful and rude staff - conflicting policies that don’t work and a want to send everything to a debt collectors from their faulty systems! When I want to escalate the complaint it’s refused and people on the phones don’t have the ability to help and some very rude!
Stay away unless you like being robbed, taken advantage off and terrible service.

I wanted to change my bike and the staff did allow for it. They said it was working well, so no reason to change. I thought I had the option, but it turns out I don't. When I have time, I'll search other rental options
