Call center needs training
Call center needs training.
I had the bike for very short time, so technically had no issues. For delivery i had the time frame and the truck delayed, noone informed me about delay until i call them after half hour. The woman on the phone said 'that happens' instead saying 'sorry there is a delay'. If you wanna charge me extra when i am 5 mins late for pickup. then you need to respect other's time too. And as a service provider,you can't talk to a customer like that, Otherwise, the driver was super nice person, had no probs during redelivery.

Swapfiets service at home
The ability to have them visit you at your home was especially important to me as I hadn't used my bicycle for 3 months due to recovering from a surgery. He swapped the bicycle and was very helpful and friendly in ensuring the replacement bicycle was set up exactly as the previous one.
