Lamb chops had a lot of waste, bone and gristle although the little bit in-between was tender.

Lamb chops are a naturally bone-in cut, and whilst that structure contributes greatly to flavour during cooking, we understand it can feel like there’s less yield. That said, we’ll pass this on to our butchery team for review — and if ever in doubt, we’re happy to recommend alternative cuts with a higher meat-to-bone ratio.

Big hearted package
Wow, so far the meat we have eaten from our meat box has been tasty, tender and delicious. The one piece that seems daunting is the beef heart. It's humongous and will probably need processing and freezing for later use.
