Installation done very well. The scaffolders let the side down with a late start but the installers and electricians did well to catch up and finish as planned. Installation looks neat and unobtrusive, nice guys doing the work. Would have been 5 star if the scsffolders had performed. Can't fault Sustain at all.

Can't fault the professional, friendly, polite and helpful approach of Pete & Rio. We were kept informed of progress during the installation process. Disruption was kept at a minimum and the site was left clean and tidy. Thank you Sustain we will be recommending you.

Fitted batteries and ev charger very efficiently. Explained everything and cleared up afterwards. Would recommend.

Very impressed with the team at Sustain Homes. Excellent communications all the way through, from survey to install. Great work on-site as well, very flexible and creative in finding the best route for the DC cable from the panels to the invertor.

Slight issue with the scaffolders' lorry breaking down which meant that the removal was a couple of days late - but otherwise everything went very smoothly.

I was fully informed before, during and after the installation process and the all the people involved with the installation were courteous and helpful explaining everything as they went

Sam and Jude and Darren were the most wonderful guys to work with. They were the electricians and the roofer responsible for fitting and getting our solar panels up and running. they were so polite, accommodating and considerate. So grateful to them for what seems to have been a smooth installation.

Up to installation day everything was excellent but we had issues with scaffolding and kit delivery. They got resolved but it was less than ideal. The roof team and the electrical team were outstanding, though, and delivered a great service.

Installation was very smooth and neat. Spent time to explain the app. Max and Billy were extremely helpful. A pleasure to deal with.

Peter and Rio arrived on time today, worked hard, very friendly and explained everything well getting things up and running. The rest of the team have been very good too, on time, did what they said they would do. Just a minor hiccup on communication between the office and installation team which resulted in a wasted journey for the installation team, but was quickly resolved. Would recommend Sustain Homes.

Peter and Rio did an excellent job in all respects for Sustain and we thank them for sorting out the whole process of installing and explaining in an easily understandable way.

The team are really professional, the end to end process has been straight forward, obviously took time for the proposal and install dates but they system was up and ready quickly and all the team were really nice to deal with

Solar panel and battery installation completed today, hassle free & went without a hitch.
The installation team were very good, friendly and conscientious, a very good service.
Of the whole process the only bit of feedback would be that the correspondence / updates by Sustain could be improved, keeping in touch more prior to installation.
Overall very satisfied with the process and service to date.
