The Best of the Best
My wife & I visited the Bexhill store and we were greeted by Julie. This was the first time we have purchased a mattress together so we needed someone with patience and understanding. Julie was much more than that, she covered the benefits of each mattress in great detail and remained impartial when my wife preferred the more expensive brand. In the end we decided on the Aura Cloud mattress which is made by Sussex Beds, this was my choice from the start and thankfully my wife agreed. Nearly two months later we are still loving the mattress and I continue to turn and flip it as suggested. We chose Sussex Beds because they are a family business and local. I purchased a bed frame, and assembly from Sussex beds. The men who delivered and assembled it were very considerate and the frame was assembled very well. I found all my dealings with the company to be excellent.

Good Sales person Emily at the Canterbury store, who went through all of the information needed. Delivery was on time and they called me prior to the visit. They quickly removed and installed the new bed. Then went through all of the needs to do with the item. Good service.

Good and efficient service
I was greeted in a friendly and respectful manner and shown beds which were compatible with my stated requirements with explanations of the various features.As a result I was able to choose a bed which suited my requirements and an order was placed and payment made.The whole process was quick and easy and the bed was delivered within about a week.
