Good product but shady service
We ordered some composite decking and some of the order arrived wrong. I received brown trims instead of grey, didn’t receive the clips I paid for to put it together and was promised they would sort it for me. I waited over 2 weeks with many messages and promises and eventually received them after a lot of frustration and chasing. We did initially get a good service(before we ordered and paid). This review has been amended as I did promise the supplier if he sorted my order, I would update the review so since it’s been rectified now I have changed it from two stars to 3 stars. I still feel that I wouldn’t order from them again in case the same issue happened. I would consider other suppliers to get a better service.

Acoustic wall panels
I initially found your company through Facebook after experiencing significant delays with a previous company that failed to deliver my order for nearly a month. Unfortunately, I later discovered that both companies use the same supplier.
My communication with the lady from your team was polite and professional. However, issues arose at the delivery stage. I was unexpectedly asked to pay £20 per floor by the delivery company, which was not clearly stated in your delivery policy. I immediately messaged the representative I had been speaking with, and she informed me the charge should have been £10 per floor. As I refused to pay the higher last-minute charge, the drivers ultimately had no choice but to bring the item inside. The situation felt misleading and unprofessional.
When the first panel was brought in, I noticed visible chipping and pointed it out. Instead of addressing the concern appropriately, one of the drivers responded sarcastically, stating, “That’s not our fault, it’s all like that.” This response was dismissive and unacceptable.
Additionally, when we opened the downstairs gate for them, the drivers were loudly shouting “DELIVERY” in the street. One driver in particular appeared to be behaving in an unprofessional manner.
Although the company later offered to send someone out to resolve the issue, due to the level of disrespect and poor service we experienced, we no longer feel comfortable proceeding further. This experience has unfortunately given us the impression of unreliability.
Avoid this company as i was paying £’s higher than the supplier company which is a joke.
Unreliable , Unprofessional and a very uncomfortable situation.

From the beginning of our communication on Facebook, we remained polite and responsive, and we did our best to resolve the situation promptly. You mentioned that you became aware we share the same supplier as another company you had previously ordered from, and despite this, you chose to proceed with your order with us, which we appreciated.
When you raised concerns about minor chipping on the panel, we immediately requested images and offered a replacement if required. Although the damage was not major, we still offered a goodwill partial refund, which was agreed, and £25 was returned to you.
Regarding the delivery charge, we understand there was confusion between the quoted £10 per floor and what the delivery team requested. We addressed this internally and apologise for any inconvenience caused. While the delivery team operates independently, we still took responsibility and handled the matter directly with you. We always take responsibility for assisting our customers, feedback regarding driver behaviour would more appropriately be directed to the delivery company themselves.
As a retailer, we source our products through suppliers and apply our own pricing structure, as is standard practice in any business. Customers are always free to purchase directly from any supplier they choose.
We take customer service seriously and always aim to resolve concerns fairly and professionally. We regret that despite our efforts to offer solutions, you still feel dissatisfied.
