Great service received all round
I spoke with Craig after Excepting my email quote. I was able to pay over the phone which was really convenient. He was really efficient and polite made me feel at ease as it was my first property survey purchase, within half an hour I had my survey booked and had received email confirmation of this. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Craig and I can genuinely recommend him. Keep up the good work stay safe :)

Total scam
Total scam. Charged me £621 almost 3 weeks ago. Sent me a confirmation email to say the survey was booked. No survey had been booked and despite me contacting them to question this nothing is booked. Have spoken to multiple supervisors but nothing achieved- just promises it’ll be fixed soon. Very happy to take your money, not happy to do any work for it apparently.

Surveyor Local were fantastic
Surveyor Local were fantastic, they listened to my requirements and were very supportive on the decision I made.
Buying a house is stressful enough so, sign posting to me by email everything I needed to know meant I didn't have to worry about the survey and could get on with everything else that needed doing.
The report I got back was very easy to understand and Surveyor Local were there if I needed any further assistance.
I would definitely choose Surveryor Local again for any future surveys and highly recommend them to others.

Appointment not honoured
I booked a survey with this agent, and they did not keep the appointment. Worse still, they did not tell me that the appointment would not be kept. Therefore, my survey was delayed, because I had to find a different surveyor. I've given them two stars because they provided some useful advice before I booked, but I don't recommend booking through this agent.
