I booked a crash course with sure pass and the only time the instructor managed to contact me first was when keith got allocated me and asked for the money in full. I did this and didnt hear from him again so I rang him as I was getting worried that my test was fast approaching and he told me that I slipped through the net and he would try and squeeze me in here and there!! I unfortunately got poorly and would not have felt safe to drive especially a first lesson in years so I contacted him to cancel albeit last minute. I had to cancel 2 lessons which he moaned about and told me that he was loosing money and I shouldn't cancel at this short notice etc etc!! Extremely unprofessional.
He then advised that i should cancel my test as he wouldn't be able to fit me in and he could rearrange my test for me which is what he did. Once again I didnt hear from him!! So I contacted the head office to ask for a refund and the next day he contacted me asked why I had a problem and he wanted to book lessons....at this point I had completely lost faith in him and in wanting him to teach me to drive as the only time he offered to give me lessons without being chased was when I asked for a refund!! so I said I just would like a refund and he told me that he won't give me a refund and he thought he was being more then fair with me. So I detailed what had happened in my messages back to him and each time he kept coming back with very unprofessional comments.
And the manager of sure pass Michelle Partington is an absolute disgrace in how she treats clients....when I rang again about getting a refund she laughed down the phone at me, was very degrading in all her comments towards me and she told me it was my problem as I should have been reminding him regularly and often that i was still there and wanted to be booked it. She also told me "it was a me problem"!!.

So I booked and paid over £1000 for 30 hours of driving lessons and a test and DID NOT even receive 1 lesson!!! And they wouldn't even refund me!

I did message keith and say I think it terrible what he did by taking my money and not providing the service I paid for! And i said I wonder how many people he has done this too and he messaged back saying he does this all the time!!

So keith Morgan takes your money and walks away so I would definitely avoid going through sure pass and I would definitely avoid using keith as an instructor.

Great driving instructor he got me test ready in 3 months and I passed first time. Would highly recommend

Curtis was absolutely amazing, took me from not knowing a thing to teaching me how to drive in the space of a week. He is really kind and very calm, understanding and helpful and made me feel very at ease.
Nothing is ever too much trouble with him and I would truly recommend him to anyone learning to drive.
Can’t thank you enough Curtis, legend.

Trish Bailey was the best driving instructor I could have ever asked for! She has a calming presence, a lovely personality and is a good teacher. Trish made me feel relaxed at all times. With Trish’s help I was able to pass my driving test with no minors! I would highly recommend.

Neil was an absolutely amazing driving instructor!! Was so patient with me all throught learning! He helped me so much more than just teaching me to drive! He taught me everything I need to know about my own car and helped me gain the confidence to pass my test! Thankyou for everything!

What an incredible teacher and person. After such terrible luck with driving instructors I finally found Mark. He’s patience and kindness is highly appreciated in such a stressful situation. As an anxious person he’s belief in me was super helpful and I truly don’t think I would have been able to do it without him. I can’t thank him enough for his support!

Came to Anthony with lack of confidence and self doubt with my driving skills after previous instructors. Within the first lesson with him I knew he would be the right instructor for me. He was calm with his persona and actions, I felt comfortable within the first lesson with him and knew I could pass with his guidance. Every lesson I had with Anthony I gained more confidence. I can't thank Anthony enough for his teaching methods and patience he had with me. Passed first time.

I paid for 30 hours upfront with Surepass and was told an instructor would be in touch to book lessons. My instructor, Darrell called to book lessons in which was easily sorted. I was really nervous on my first lesson but was put at ease straight away. Darrell understood my learning style quickly and was able to explain things to ensure I understood (especially when it came to reverse bay parking!). Darrell was very patient and understanding - especially when I made the odd mistake. I made the most of my 30 hours by doing lots of test routes prior to my test and also had lots of practice using our family car with the L plates on. When it came to my test, I felt ready - I passed 1st time, with 2 minors at Atherton Test Centre. Big thanks to Darrell for all of his help, it really has changed my life and given me freedom!

Having had a couple of fails on my test, and moving house into the middle of nowhere, i decided i had to find a new instructor and try something different. On recommendation from a friend I was put in touch with Mark Hawtin.
I will admit my ADHD makes me a little excitable and messes with my nerves - so effects how I drive, over a short period of intensive lessons Mark quickly identified area i needed to work on and helped me control my excitement and nerves!!
He was very calm and patient and I just wish i had found him before my previous attempts as i am sure i would have had a pink license well before now if i had!

Neill is an absolutely increadible driving instructor so kind and took me on after having bad luck with my old instructor, made sure i was settled and had me passing first time in three months!! Would reccomend him to the world! so supportive and constructive!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We would 100% recommend Mark Hawtin from Surepass Northampton. My daughter was struggling with her previous instructor and really lacked in confidence, she has a test booked for June and was worried about test routes so we wanted make the change and get a local instructor who had the knowledge of the local area and help her on her way to her test.
On recommendation from former work colleague we contacted Mark, we are so pleased that we did! Mark took the time out to visit us at home and introduced himself ahead of her first lesson as he had sensed my daughter was nervous and this really helped put her mind at rest.
On her first lesson she came back beaming and over the moon with having found a kind, patient instructor who takes time to explain things, Mark 100% understands his student and builds a great rapport. Striking a great balance or serious learning yet making it such an enjoyable experience. Honestly the nerves have disappeared.
Mark makes her lesson time so much more practical learning which is enjoyable, relaxed and fun. I can’t believe the difference in her in such a short space of time.
Over the course of her first few weeks with Mark her confidence has rocketed and she actually enjoys and looks forward to her lessons.
She is really looking forward to June, getting on the road with her new found confidence as she believes she can do it now and she takes pride in her lessons knowing that you are always so proud of how far she has come.

just passed with scott waring, amazing instructor and very patient, he’s taught me a lot, and took me on very last minute and got me ready for my test! much appreciated from him!!

I had lessons with Chris from surepass Wigan and I failed my test and then the instructor went very unprofessional and put down my skills and got rid of me even though I had been a client for serval months and always payed on time. Very unprofessional driving school and instructors wouldn’t recommend stay away.

Trish Bailey, Atherton, I had a great couple of months from her, she really brought my confidence on and simplified driving for me and personalised her tutoring to fit my way of learning, very chatty and friendly and let the lessons be independent only advising and talking me through it only stepping in if absolutely necessary.

Easy and convenient if you have no clue when it comes to finding an instructor. They allocate you an instructor, book your theory and test for you and you just sit back and wait until you want to start the lessons with your instructor.
My instructor Chris Bulpitt was supportive and really helped with my confidence to get me to test. Thank you Chris! I couldn’t have done it without you!

Scott Waring based over in Nuneaton, has been a brilliant instructor teaching me how to drive the past 8 months. He taught me many things about driving and how to easily manoeuvre the car. A brilliant instructor would recommend
