While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

God Product. Nada support
Bought an amplifier through ebay, got a splendid product with the TPA3116 class D chip and contacted them directly later to get support on how to connect standby and mute to make this work with my tv.
I have sent two mails two ask for this. Complete with all my ebay-credentials for the purchase through them but got NADA in response. Sad for such a remarkable product.
I am accustomed to download, guides, install instructions, schema's aso.
There is nothing of extra info to download except for a pdf for all their products. Nothing in that is the answer for this product or these particular questions.. They made it, sell it and then don't give a millimeter support.
Beautiful box but no info in there either.
Regards Sven
