I have used Wondershare for several years and have always been pleased with the support I've received. The only reason I do not give them a full 5 stars is that the support responses generally come the next day or two days later, and not the same day. But the support itself has been excellent.

Brilliant support from the Filmora team.
I started using Filmora 9 in March 2020 when Lockdowns began. Fun and easy to learn with great help from the support team when required. Now updated to Filmora10.4 which is a brilliant version. The support teams are the best from any software I have ever used.
