Having reviewed the matter, it appears there may have been some confusion regarding the product received. "Neutral" refers to the cure type of the sealant and not the colour itself. The actual colour is printed on each tube, often alongside a RAL colour code.
We previously contacted you to request photographs of the tubes so that we could verify the colour supplied and investigate the issue further. Unfortunately, we have not yet received the requested images, which are necessary for us to determine whether an error has occurred and to provide the appropriate resolution.
We remain committed to resolving this matter for you and would be grateful if you could send the requested photographs at your earliest convenience. Once received, we will investigate promptly and work with you towards a satisfactory outcome.

Bubble Gasket Seals
I bought these bubble gasket seals for my older PVC windows and coupled with the wedge gasket seals I previously bought and the high polymer butyl rubber tape I used to reseal around the IGU's my windows have now been restored. Excellent company and excellent prices, will definitely be using again.

From ordering g to delivery the customer service is great.
I ordered pvc skirting as it is easy to maintain and is good value for the price. I originally contacted Truly PVC to enquire about delivery costs. They answered within a few hours and was very helpful. The ordering online was very easy. I was very impressed by the way the company kept me informed at each stage of the process. The item arrived at the date and time I was given. The skirting is of good quality and exactly as described. I would definately recommend Truly PVC and will be using them again in the future. From ordering to delivery the customer service is great.
