Loving Supplied

In my first order I didn’t receive several items. Supplied contacted me to ask about my order, I was surprised at that. I was amazed at the level of awesome customer service. I absolutely love Supplied and the people that work to make it possible for us to have a business. My experience thus far has been nothing short than amazing. Andrea was very attentive and so helpful. I can say I am extremely happy to have this company to work with. Thank you all !!!

There were a couple things missing

There were a couple things missing in my order but for some reason we’re on pack slip. I told Irish with customer service and she very gladly gave me a refund. Customer Service works so hard with so much to do I don’t see how they can get it all done!! KUDOS TO EVERYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Best I’ve ever had to deal with!!

Andrea was amazing!

Andrea was amazing!! I had a duplicate account apparently and thought I was losing my mind as my orders weren’t matching up. She quickly figured out the problem and had it solved in a jiffy!! Super pleasant and friendly while we got to the bottom of the issue. SO glad she was the one who answered my chat!!

Unreliable and untrusted place to buy…

Unreliable and untrusted place to buy wholesale merchandise. It takes too long to receive shipments, tracking information is not accurate or even real. Best avoided.
Thousands of satisfied customers? I did not see a 5 star rating, and now I know why, obviously something did not go perfect for many other buyers.
I placed my order on April 19,2021 with a delivery date of May 15. FedEx can’t even acknowledge receipt of the package on May 17th, what a joke! Package was marked shipped and after that, emails were received with a “sorry to hear there were problems” line...I had not received the package, how did you hear there were problems?.
Feel free to investigate why you got processing issues that need to be resolved to earn 5 stars.

Our standard delivery window is 2-3 weeks from order placement. There were some delays in late April (which were clearly communicated on the website, as well as via transactional emails).

All orders are shipped internationally, with FedEx being the domestic last-mile carrier, so the tracking information is very real - I'd really like to know more from your perspective here.

Great Site for brand new wholesale buyers

I ran across this website by a Google search looking for retail items for an Automobile Mechanic shop waiting room. We have a large comfortable area for customers to wait while their cars are being repaired. I have an area where I could set up a shelf to put items for sale (I don't really know what yet. lol)
Terry's already has a business license to sell automobile parts, so the tax permit we already have should be fine.
I asked in a chat for some ideas, and the person responded immediately and I felt like this site has people that work in it (like a physical store) to point us in the right direction for the products we need.

1st time ordering with them

1st time ordering with them, and my last time!!
Order was placed 4/18 still haven't received anything! I was provided with a tracking# that all it shows is "label created" it's been like that for a week already! The advertisement for
2-3 weeks delivery is false!!
I've been emailing"customer service" and all they responded is BS!!

Sorry to hear that your experience with Supplied has been less than stellar.
We have been experiencing some delays due to a large volume of orders in April. Normally it takes 10 days to consolidate your order from all the factory partners your items come from, then shipping takes around 7 days. So under normal circumstances, our delivery timeframe is 2-3 weeks.
Currently we're expecting to clear the backlog completely this week, so your order should ship this week if it has not already.
