Horrible customer service

I purchased a hoodie from them and it was ripped on the head. I had to wait a month to get any response from them. I had to send multiple emails and messages asking them where my replacement hoodie was and they kept saying it’s coming. Finally I had to leave a message asking them to refund me because this was ridiculous waiting this long just for them to correct a mistake that they made. After a month of emails they finally refunded me. I will never shop again with them.

Fast shipping

Fast shipping. I did have some issue with an order when they were running a sale. I purchased my items and they cancelled it because they didn't mean to put the sale code on the website. That has been the only issue I have encountered with them.

My first order with Bloom

My first order with Bloom was lost. It was frustrating and I'll admit I was frantic with Bloom at first because this had never happened before. The girl at Bloom gave me a breakdown on all the things I could do to try and find my box. Eventually my neighbor had it in their possession so it all worked out. I appreciate Bloom's customer service and calmly helping me out. The merchandise was great and sold well too!

Love the assorted packs

Company has been a great addition to my business and always ships early. I mainly purchase the assorted packs, they are good cheap door-busters and it’s attracted a weekly crowd of customers who like the $9.99 deals that’s I put out on the sidewalk.
The customer service lady is also kind and I don’t have any issues when I need damages refunded.

I love this concept with the exception…

I love this concept with the exception of me having to refund at least 4-6 customers due to fact item is out of stock. This not only looks bad for my business but it gives a customer a bad taste from ordering. There needs to be a way if the items out of stock that you completely remove it and it doesn’t give the customer the opportunity to purchase it. I spoke with customer service and they said someone else bought it at the exact same time, that highly likely, but I think that needs to be addressed

Cost effective , Love the Shop Pay in 4 Feature

Love using Bloom! I'm a S-3X boutique and love their selection and cost effective shipping. Customer service is always so helpful too. The availability of Shop Pay in 4 is key for my business. I would give 5 stars but I feel the selection as of late has been more discount focused and I'm missing out on the curated selection of styles they had a year ago. But I'll still purchase

Thanks for the review Gina! It's true that a lot of the higher priced items aren't presented in the same way this year. We have opted to replace purchasing bulk higher priced items with pre order and open pack purchasing of those same styles. At the same time customers have been responding well to lower priced goods in these more difficult economic times. Really good feedback though, thanks!

They are Good for the most part

They are Good for the most part. They do argue pretty bad about damages and flawed items. I also have an extremely hard time getting responses to emails when I reach out regarding missing items from my packages or damaged items. I’m usually happy with my items but when a wholesale company sends you damaged goods, the consumer expects a refund. Period. Or if there’s missing items that aren’t in the packages, the consumer also expects a refund for the missing items. Period. And to argue about it is a little disturbing. Otherwise, for the undamaged items I’ve received and all the items not missing, I’ve been pretty fairly happy.
