I had accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the same shoes. I reached out to customer service and they were able to refund me for 1 pair! The shipping time is exactly as stated and their shoes are fabulous! I have about 7 pairs and get many compliments on them! :)

Shoes arrived looking just as expected, and very comfortable for the higher heel.

A good product they are what you see in the ad, love the colors, the comfort feels pretty good but havn’t worn them yet, I can easily add a soft inner.

Wonderful customer service, as always, Only problem is shoe size, haha. The 6.5 definitely fits closer to the top of my foot than the 7/7.5, but it's almost too short, and I worry that it's not wide enough in the sole.

The peacock sandal is gorgeous, I jsut wish I could find a size that fits my foot length, width, AND circumference. This is the first time I've ever had a shoe not fit perfectly from them.

I have never been disappointed with any pair of shoes from superladystar. They are a quality shoe. I especially like the velcro closure instead of struggling with a buckle.
I should have ordered the shoe one half size larger. Sandals in size 8.5 fit fine, but this closed-toe shoe fit tighter ... a size 9 would be a little more comfortable.
Also this shoe took nearly 2 months to arrive; I had forgotten I had ordered it and nearly ordered again. Glad they are here!
