I had ordered a pair of boots, and the sizing is not the same as the US. I am usually a 10.5 US but the EU versions don't support half sizes. I contacted the company and they worked with me to get the next size up with little interruption and great customer service.

When I received my order the shoes had a strong chemical odor. I emailed Superladystar and was told to leave the shoes in a well ventilated area for 1 to 2 weeks. This did not work. When I asked for a return, they did not pay for shipping and shipping to Hong Kong was very expensive. They refunded $35 instead of $88. If you order from them, be aware that the return process is very difficult and costy and their shoes have a strong odor.

The sandals are absolutely gorgeous - exactly what they looked like on the website.

Also, the size is perfect - size 38 (or UK size 5).

I was surprised about how long it took for delivery, and that's the only reason I've only put 4 stars.

These boots are so cute and very comfortable. I always get comments on them. They pair perfectly with jeans or any neutral casual pants. They have a soft velvety liner, and the zipper seems to be of good quality. I have not had them long, but they seem to be well made.

The order took a bit to arrive, but not super long. (I ordered on 6/21 and got them about 7/10) I did have to leave the boots on my back porch for a few days to let the smell of the leather dye abate. But that is my only negative comment. (And what a "first - world problem that is - having to let freshly dyed adorable leather boots air out! - can you tell how spoiled we all are??!!)

I absolutely love my boots! I really hope they don’t loose their quality like May other companies do. They are so beautifully crafted and are super comfy.

They didn’t take Tok long to arrive, but international shipping takes longer than local.

The guidance on the site regarding what size to order was great, it meant the shoes ordered fitted. They look wonderful, so colourful, matching your pictures on the website. Tracking of the order in its transition from manufacturer was most useful.

Ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair fit, but only because they were a sandal with an elastic back. The loafers were too big. I ordered a size five. They sent an EU 36 which they said is equivalent, but it is not. They said to return them I would have to pay shipping to Hong Kong. I did not want to exchange them because I do not trust their sizing. They finally offered a partial refund.
