A friend of mine only deposited $100 and it's been 5 months now that they haven't paid him, he's emailed them many times but hasn't received a valid response.

Recently, he told me that SuperForex invited me to the InstaForex broker by email
This means that InstaForex is also the same as SuperForex, both are scams, do not work with them, they also have fake movements

I have been trying to make a withdrawal for almost one year unsuccessfully.
I asked for refund of my capital and profit, I was told that the plan I am on will not release my money ,so I must continue trading, I continued trading but SUPERFOREX always indicate 0$ withdrawal for me on the portal.
It doesn't attend to questions on how to make withdrawal from my profits,having exceeded 2 lot size mentioned on their portal.
It always delete all chats on support service but I have all emails to back my fraudulent allegations against it.
SuperForex representative in Nigeria has gone incommunicado, maybe he has no more lies to offer on behalf of the company.
SuperForex sent an email that it is going for closure and ready to onboard me to INSTAFOREX which I have confirmed to be a ruse because I accepted but another message is sent is sent about it working on desktop MT4 which I was never told before.
It doesn't address answer any cogent question asked.Always responding with one sentence that is meaningless and directionless.
I have tons of evidence to prove that SUPERFOREX IS THE WORST SCAM IN FOREX.

withdrawals are just pending for days not being received after 2-4 hours or 24 hours like promised

I have been trying to execute a withdrawal at superforex and support is not helping me with a problem on their platform for doing withdrawals. I have reached out to support from both email and chat and I am being ignored completely. If they are reputable, they sure are not acting like it. I just want my money out.

It look as if this broker has scammed traders. For a week their mt4 platform is not responding. No communication, when message is sent no reply. This broker has scammed traders. It is very frustrating.

Superforex is one of the worst brokers
they have killed me menataly because of how they come up with fake rules for months i never manged to make a good profit but when i started to make good profits and finaly starting to withrawral superforex is coming up with fake rules and canceling my withrawl beacuse of clause 5.16 without providing further detail on how and where i violated the rules after the canceld withrawl the money goes back to my account and from there just stolen beacuse of an order clause

I think it is scam. With a small order I have lost 292$ and I have lost all the money

First the customer service sucks, to login into your account, you have a mountain of capchat, their ECN account spread is huge and they charge you commission on every trades.
I strongly don't recommand.

The worst broker I've ever seen, i registered my account 2 days ago, the next day (yesterday) i couldn't login into my account all the day and they just ignore all my emails, and i can't stop my positions, when i decided to leave this useless broker they cancelled my withdrawal

This i really of the worst brokers i have ever used.I say this with years of exprerience.They cancel my withdrawel and took more money from my account after the withdrawel reflect back to my account.The money straight back to God know where.I have reaching out to them but they ignore my email for over a month now.They also close my manually and took all my money without any trading condition that can let to my account being blown>Dont use this broker at all!Very bad broker

I participated with a 750% bonus campaign. Although all my transactions were hedged, my positions resulted in a loss and the account was reset.

They showed a loss of -632 USD for 0.01 lot nas100. This is not possible.

I am trying to reach them with every communication method but I can't reach them...
I sent dealer and support emails for review. No response.

I am glad that i got help from the name on the circle for help of the funds back.

Be careful when you deposit your money to this broker. Most probably you will not be able to get them back anymore.
It is a scam.
Two weeks ago I decided to withdraw some money. Some were available in bitcoins, and others to debit card. I got a confirmation email that the transaction started:

"You have sent request to withdraw money from your account. Usually it takes 2- 4 hours or within a day. Please check your trading history for monitoring the status of your withdrawal. Below are the details of your request:

Later I got a message that the "transaction failed", but nothing has been restored to my account. Since then I sent them almost 20 emails to dealerAsuperforex.com and to supportAsuperforex.com. No answer so far. I have tried to communicate directly from their website, but nobody responded.
Just to mention that I made a withdrawal from another broker at the same time, so there was no problems with the recipient address.
If they can do it for $600 USD, imagine what is going to happen with few thousand.
