I then traded and brought the account balance to $2270. When I tried to withdraw I could only withdraw $64 because of some crazy calculation that I found out about when I was trying to withdraw. And guess what? I didn't even receive the $64

They are not responding to emails either

scam broker , merde , i made 2 deposits via mobile money deposit method and it was successful but on logging into the website it showed cancelled, the first transaction was not processed so i thought it was an error, i deposited a second time and same thing, they are scammers , i wrote to customer service and my first email was not getting any replies, i used another and nothing was done as he kept saying they did not receive deposit, they didn't offer to check or review situation as normal customer service will do, they are scammers, terrible broker

I placed a withdrawal but I've been getting all sorts of excuses on why my withdrawal cannot be processed. I've written series of emails but my money isn't still forthcoming. Please, I need my money.

I decided to trade with them even after seeing all the bad reviews but I deposited the one dollar minimum. I have a sneaking suspicion that this broker is a shell company. They have all the makings of a legit broker but their services are not functional. I can't log into the meta trader platform as the server name they gave doesn't exist, however, there is another that keeps rejecting the account they gave me. The verification process was suspiciously instant given that they indicate it will take a significant while. And there customer service is non existent. Their live chat page is stuck on loading mode and they don't respond to emails but they will send a daily report. This broker should be flagged by the designated financial authorities because it's just a weird company. The only thing efficient is their depository. I can't comment on the withdrawal process as I haven't bothered.
I feel this company is more than a scam.
Also, their bonus programs are designed so that you trade for them as the drawdown limit on the hot bonus is too tight, as if it should have one in the first place, and their easy deposit bonus, if you read the terms and conditions, will leave you with very little profit.

Kindly stop sending me any messages related to your stuff. Stop the advertisements and everything. How many times should I have to unsubscribe from you stuff? It's irritating and annoying because you are thieves and liars and cheats. You refuse to give me back my money so please STOP!!!

Hello guys, I've been a victim for this forex trading company scam. In my research i found out that superforex.com is down, only my.superforex.com is up and running. I made 160$ ltc deposit to them November last year to trade on their fake deposit bonus, there mobile trading server's weren't working, i contacted the customer service they suggested i trade with computer that they are working to fix the mobile server. I waited till January 21 2025 the server was not fixed and my PC screen is not good i currently can't trade on PC. I decided to withdraw the 160$ Litecoin deposit i made for the bonus. It has been pending for over two months now, i contacted their support team again regarding my withdrawal, they told me that they don't support LTC withdrawal, they canceled my withdrawal and moved my funds to cellulant option they suggested i use to make withdrawal in my local currency since I'm a Nigerian. I resubmitted a withdrawal with the option giving to me, the conversion rate they gave to me divided my funds into 4 with high fees for withdrawal, still instead of loosing all i still placed the withdrawal UpTo this moment, my withdrawal is still left pending refused to be processed. I've writing over 1k messages to the support team email nothing is being done, no online help chat. Please do not use not open account on my.superforex.com talk of making a deposit to them, because you can't get your money back. The are fake brokers, Be warned.

SuperForex steal ,lie and cheat. They refuse every attempt to make a withdrawel and always have yet another reason why you need to send more money.
Please do NOT engage in any business with them.

This is a kak poes broker guys don't be a victim run for your funds and life . this broker has dissolved . you will deposit but you wont withdraw. poor customer service , high commission ,you wont close your loosing positions , their mobile trading servers don't work and they don't even care to fix them. overall run don't be a victim nothing works with this broker . except depositing.

SCAM company please be ware. I deposited money to my account but I couldn’t trade since the account details they provided did not work in mt4. So I decided to withdraw my money but they tell me insufficient meaning I can’t withdraw. Please be ware guys!!!

I am trying to withdrawal from my account yet it say insufficient balance and that's wrong i closed all my position and my realized balance is enough yet it say insufficient balance i have my daily report stating my realized balance with no open position and no floating profit

If you invested on SuperForex's platform. The only way out is to let a legal firm involved to process your withdrawal. I had to turn to FCA & Nat han Reclaim LLc to process a stocked funds

Don't take their deposit bonus, My dashboard account dissapeared once i made some profits. My mt4 account is still active but i cant withdraw. And support is just beating around the bush instead of helping. It's a scam rather stick with legit brokers
