great tour and great service, have used these many times without any issues, would recommend these as they provide great service and we had a great tour.

A very impressive memorial that is a must-see! The shuttle service was excellent. The driver even organized tickets on the spot and went to great lengths!

Visiting Auschwitz & Birkenau was something I felt compelled to do but was not 'looking forward' to it. Our tour guide was so passionate and informative while there. She had shared that she lost family herself there and told many heartbreaking stories. It was truly a emotional and incredible tour.
Our guide in The Salt Mines was also very informative and had a great sense of humour.
Was a long day, a lot of walking but HIGHLY recommend!

Efficient tour, nice coach with plenty of space, great guide with Martin who was very knowledgeable and understanding, as my friend walks with a stick so we were not the quickest in the group. Enough time was given in the tour for breaks and snacks.

The visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau went very smoothly and as planned, we never felt rushed. Our guide (Mario) was great and very respectful in telling us about the events that took place in Auschwitz.

The tour to Auschwitch-Birkenau was very well organised . We were informed of pick up times the day before and so were able to plan.
The guide we had was great (sorry I forget his name began with a M) .
The transport was a nice air con bus and arrived on time.
Arriving at a alzwich we were clearly informed about security procedures and had time for a rest break.
The guide was so informative and showed genuine emotion when describing events / data .
Though it was an early start and a very intense morning it was done with efficiency and respect.
I would recomend this guide tour .

This was a great tour! Bit of a misunderstanding at the beginning but the tour operator - Margarita - did her best to sort it out and everything went smoothly after that. The guide at the museum was very kind and knowledgeable, we were lucky to have had such an overall wonderful experience and I would choose the same company if I were to do this tour again!
One mention, they did change the pickup time but in the end it was OK that we still had half the day to spend in krakow after we returned from the tour. Early pickup is also recommended because it will get crowded at the auschwitz museum later on. Thank u!!

The tour we got was amazing the guide went into extreme detail telling us about the history of Auschwitz-Birkenau. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit 10/10

Our tour guide was great! The bus arrived on time. The instructions were clear. Our guide always informed us of timings. We had plenty of breaks for food, drinks and the toilet. We had a fantastic informative tour of the two concentration camps. The salt mines were great too. The tour was extremely well organised, thank you for the experience.

Fantastic contact throughout our booking. Was let know the day before our actual pick up time which was only 10 minutes earlier than what we booked. Picked up at hotel and taken to the collection point and on the way back a taxi was waiting to take us back for hotel drop off. The whole day we very smoothly. Excellent service!

Tour guide went above and beyond to make our day special, could not fault them

Loved this tour albeit very sad. The guide was very respectful in terms of the way she explained the horrific events at Auschwitz. She was very knowledgeable and informative. A must do tour and an opportunity to pay your respects to those that were murdered and to ensure that we never forget the depths to which human beings can sink

Lovely guide. Everything ran to time. Really interesting place to visit. If you are thinking of doing this visit be aware that it does involve a reasonable amount of walk and 800 step to climb down. You take the lift back up. I have vertigo and I didn't experience any problems.

Well organised. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and didnt rush us around the tour. Her microphone device was a bit sketchy but made sure she made up for it with a nice loud voice so we could all hear her!

We arranged a guided tour to Auschwitz with supercracow tours. The meeting time was 11.00am from Krakow. When we booked it said that meeting time may change 1 day before the trip, so I thought it may change like 1 or 2 hours max, and then i received a message from them that the meeting time was changed to 5.20AM (in the morning!!!). Of course we had to cancel our trip. It was a very bad experience.

Booked a tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau with pick up at the hotel at 09am more than a week in advance. 24 hours before they send a message saying that ‘’Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we were forced to change the pick-up for 06:20am’’
Almost 3 hours difference with out any explanation. On the day, after waking up at 5am, no bus arrived at the hotel, trying to call them, no answer. Even the emergency number they provided was not available. After 2 hours panicking trying to call every numbers possible, they answer a phone, saying there was a mistake with a reservation and the tour was cancelled. Yes, they simple didn’t appear at the meeting point and cancelled the tour on the day with out any valid reason! They don’t give any alternatives!!! They are a fraud. Very careful!!!!
