Super guides and very well organised, great trip. Was disappointed in paying for a taxi pick up that only lasted no more than 5 minutes. If I had know the 'actual' coach pick ups, I wouldn't have need... See more

Our adventure with the local tourism business in Cracow started in 2003. Initially we would show our beautiful city to tourist from all around the world working for an external agency. In 2009 as a transport company working under its own brand, we would offer mobile tours by electric car in Cracow, airport transfers as well as transportation services to the most popular places in our region. Since 2015 under the name SuperCracow we offer comprehensive tourism services. As a licenced tour operator, we offer trips to the museum Auschwitz-Birkenau, Salt Mine Wieliczka, Zakopane, Częstochowa, Wadowice, as well as shooting range, thermal pools, rafting on Dunajec river and many more. A complement to our offer are transport services, airport transfers, Kraków Balice, Katowice – Pyrzowice, Warszawa (Okęcie, Chopin airport). What’s more, we offer transportation services in the territory of Poland as well as neighbouring countries. We invite you to get acquainted with our offer.

Sadly the day before our tour we were messaged to say our tour time had to be changed from 11.30 to 1.40 and this created a scheduling conflict so we had to cancel one of our trips. I specifically booked the time I did to fit them both in. So if you’re booking through here just be aware this could happen
Booked this tour through Get Your Guide to Visit the Wieliczka Salt Mines Poland, the evening before i got a Whatsap message to say that due to necessary scheduling our tour time was changed from 10:30am to 11:00am, due to pre-arranged transport we arrived around 10:15, the morning was overcast and cold with a strong breeze, it was a cold wait sitting around outside
when it came near 11:00 i approached the Supercracow Rep and give her my name to which she give me tickets for 11:30am 1 hour after our scheduled time, i explained that i was not happy and explained the times forwarded to me last evening but she kept saying she only had 11:30 she then explained that i had to join the long Queue, despite having tickets that clearly state "Fast-Track Ticket: English.
i would not recommend using these agents to arrange any tours, there is no difference in going along yourself and getting you own tickets, apart from a £15 charge by these imcompentant agent to pre-purchase the ticket (best to avoid at all cost)

Worst company ever
I recommend if you want go to Auschwitz, don’t go with these guys.
We paid +200€ for 4px
I was more time in a gas station waiting for the “guide” then i was in Birkenau. Literally i had 15’ to visit Birkenau , what a joke
Lovely experience from start to end. Highly recommended

The guide very good but your schedule change, in the last time, with kids was horrible. Stirdle.
The guide was a disaster. He rushed through all the explanations and when one of us had a problem with the ticket he didn’t care and didin’t even wait for us.

The meeting time was changed from 10 am 5 am, with less than 12 hours notice, which was very disruptive. Regardless of the fact that it can happen, it was very unprofessional. Also, our group lead was late while we were waiting in the cold and rain at the meeting point, after waking up at 3 am to make sure we got there in time. She was also rude when we tried to ask the reason for the very sudden time change.
To the Attention of the Tour Organization,
We are writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour purchased in January for Monday, March 30, 2026, which was managed in a completely inadequate and unprofessional manner and was not in line with what was sold.
The date of March 30 was strictly binding for us and could not be changed. Although we were informed that the tour time might be subject to change, we explicitly selected 9:00 a.m. and repeatedly communicated our need to return to Italy that same evening, providing information that was essential for the proper organization of the service.
Despite this:
• we were informed only the day before the tour that the pickup time had been moved to 12:30 p.m.;
• no advance information whatsoever was provided regarding travel times, total duration of the tour, or museum entry time;
• only at 1:00 p.m., once the activity was already underway, were the tickets handed over and we were informed that the entry time to Auschwitz was scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
This way of operating is unacceptable and demonstrates a total lack of planning, transparency, and customer care, amounting to a clear failure to properly deliver the contracted service.
Despite our repeated notifications and requests, no alternative, accommodation, or corrective solution was offered.
The consequences of your poor organization were significant and directly affected all of us:
• we were completely unable to visit Birkenau, despite it being included in and paid for as part of the tour;
• we were forced to leave Auschwitz early, at 4:15 p.m.;
• we had to incur additional out-of-pocket expenses for an urgent taxi transfer to Krakow Airport in order not to miss our return flight to Milan.
In practical terms, we were only able to partially use the service purchased, while enduring unnecessary stress, major logistical issues, and additional costs directly caused by your mismanagement.
In light of the above, we:
• formally contest the service provided;
• expect an immediate acknowledgment of responsibility on your part;
• and consider a partial refund and appropriate compensation for the serious inconvenience not only justified, but due.
Should we not receive a prompt and satisfactory written response, we reserve the right to escalate the matter through consumer protection channels and international review platforms.

We were picked up on time and the driver of the bus was very polite and a safe driver.
She fully explained the tour prior to our arrival
Upon arrival at Auschwitz the entry process was well conducted and our guide was very informative.

I had a fantastic experience with SuperCracow! I booked a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mines, and everything was very well organised from start to finish. The price was very reasonable, especially considering everything was included, which made the whole experience stress-free.
I did run into a small issue with my ticket as I had entered the wrong name, but Magda handled it quickly and professionally. She made sure everything was corrected without any hassle at all—she was absolutely brilliant and a real credit to the company.
The educators/guides were also outstanding. They were incredibly knowledgeable and shared a huge amount of information in a clear and engaging way, which really added depth to both tours.
Overall, I would highly recommend SuperCracow for anyone planning these visits. Great value, excellent service, and a truly memorable experience.
Just a helpful note for anyone booking: your confirmation email may take 1–2 days to come through, so don’t worry if you don’t receive it immediately.
Also, at pick-up points there are often multiple buses arriving at the same time for different tour groups (and different languages), sometimes even from different companies. It can feel a bit hectic, but don’t be nervous if your name isn’t called right away—you’ll likely be on the next bus scheduled for your tour.

Overall a great experience. Other than almost leaving without us in the morning, everything was very well organized. Great guides both at Auschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mine. Well-timed breaks. Good conditions in the bus. So yeah, it was the highlight of our short trip to Krakow.

Our tour was cancelled for Auschwitz. We Booked it 3 months in advance and in English, but they could not find a guide and cancelled it. The only reason for our trip was to visit Auschwitz. They don't even offer an alternative.
Having read other reviews on here, this is not the first time they do this.
We booked the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour for 9:45am, and were told the day before that we had been rescheduled for 12:20pm. Organisation and communication was poor for the pickup, as we were looking for a super cracow coach but actually it seems we had been passed onto a hello cracow tour. The tour itself was very informative and harrowing, but we felt quite rushed in Auschwitz II as it was getting dark. Definitely felt this area could have been explained better. Overall an ok experience but I would recommend booking with other tour operators.
Shocking - Booked well over a month ago a full guided tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau and they have cancelled the tour 3 days before we visit. Although they are offering a refund there was no option of rebooking as they said the provider wasn’t answering . It’s now too late to book else where due to limited available as it’s so popular on a weekend.
