I booked and paid for a room through…
I booked and paid for a room through this company. Upon arrival I was told there were no rooms available and they were overbooked. When I called super + I explained to them the situation and asked for a refund. They told me they only do travel credit and a refund could take up to 5 business days. I ended up booking at another hotel in person. When I called super + to ask about my refund they told me my complaint had been sent to their higher ups but the chance of me getting a refund was unlikely. So I ended up coming out of pocket over 250$ all together with the cancelled booking and the new booking I had to make. The customer service was very rude and didn’t want to take responsibility for the fact that they did not confirm with the hotel that rooms were available before processing my reservation. To know that all of this was the fault of the company and I still might not get a refund is very disappointing. I will not be using this third party booking site again. I will be filling a report with BBB

I booked through super.com and suddenly my flight was canceled the day of. Since the morning till night no one picks up when I try calling. We traveled to the airport only to find out that the flight was canceled.
