My stay at Roxy was very comfortable. The room was very smart and the shower room immaculate. Amazing valve for an inner city stay.

Not going back!
It appears there’s remodeling in the hotel that never reached the rooms assigned to us at checkin. Between the leaking AC. worn down bed frames and a hidden hotel fee that was later refunded. The only great thing about this hotel was the amazing staff.

No Hot Water, again
Getting back to the hotel after a day's and not have any hot water for a shower is frustrating and it was the same scenario last time I stayed here. this second round of annoying lack of hot water warranted a review. a late checkout was appreciated however was mainly required because of the excess noise made by housekeeping early hours in the morning

It was easy to reserve our room at the Grant Hotel, and when arrived,we were greeted so graciously. We even got an up graded room with a king size bed. I will always stay at the Grant Hotel when we come in for a hockey game.
