As this is a shared service, it is essential to maintain a schedule that accommodates all passengers while ensuring timely airport arrivals. For this reason, the pickup times for shuttle services are not amendable.

The pick up journey from Barcelona…

The pick up journey from Barcelona airport was bad, the driver did not know where he was going and took us to the wrong hotel despite having the details, then dropped us off at least 200mts from our intended hotel then could not speak english.
The return journey was fantastic with a great driver and very polite. two different journeys.

Only great if “everything is on track”

Only great if “everything is on track”. I used the service in Tokyo, Japan and it was wonderful. Not the case in Rome, Italy. My flight from Los Angeles (LAX) to Rome (FCO) was delayed due to an aircraft maintenance issue, so my flight was rescheduled; instead of an 11:05 am local time arrival, I arrived at 2:20 pm. When I attempted to contact customer service the day before because the voucher says they are available 24/7 for emergencies, I did not get any help, as they mentioned the local office opens at 9 am (my mid-flight time). When I finally got a “live person” (I ended up purchasing Wi-Fi on the airplane to keep communicating with the Suntransfers office), I was told the following: “For a normal booking, our driver monitors the arrival time of your flight using the information you provide in your booking. If a flight is delayed, they will wait or reorganize services with colleagues to ensure a driver is available when your flight finally arrives (Never happened). Instead, I was told, “We can only collect one set of flight details on the website, and a driver is only required to monitor that flight. We recommend arranging alternative transport once you reach the destination. I apologize, that's all the information I have right now! Thank you for contacting us! Feel free to start a new conversation if you need any further help. You can cancel your transfer with more than 48 hours before the pickup time, and the amount paid for this transfer will be refunded in full. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.” BUT I DIDN’T CANCEL - I was asking for a 3-hour shift for an issue completely outside of my control. Needless to say, I lost 93.30 euros (108.78 USD) and had to pay 55 euros for a taxi. One last thing…I paid 1.75 euros for texting, and the driver never texted me - Don’t purchase this option in Italy. I was left without any help and no refund.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to face a significant flight disruption caused by aircraft maintenance and then have to make alternative travel arrangements upon arrival. Flight delays are certainly stressful, particularly when they occur outside of a passenger's control.

Our service is designed to monitor the flight details provided at the time of booking, and drivers will normally adjust for delays affecting that specific flight. However, when flight details change to an entirely different service, any amendments are subject to availability, especially when requested close to the scheduled transfer time. While we appreciate that you were seeking a relatively small adjustment, operational limitations can unfortunately mean that alternative arrangements cannot always be guaranteed at short notice.

We also regret that you felt unsupported while trying to obtain assistance and that the communication you received did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the messaging service and customer support experience will be shared with our local team for review.

Very good company

Very good company. Turned up on time and very easy to alter the booking online which I needed to do to bring my pick up forward by an hour. Good quality cars and pleasant drivers. First class.

Excellent service and always easy to book

Excellent service got a reminder the day before and a WhatsApp message from the driver with instructions on where he would be.
I have used Suntransfers many times in Europe and the Far East and found them to be excellent every time.

We were 15 People on holiday and booked…

We were 15 People on holiday and booked transfer from Verona airport to Limone sul Garda. The driver was waithing for us at arrival and he was also early for the pick-up at the hotel for departure. A very good driver, safe and reliable. We Will absolutely reccomend suntransfers!

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived, making the transfer to the hotel completely hassle-free. For the return journey, we were picked up at the agreed time and location and dropped off directly at the terminal. The driver was helpful, efficient, and professional throughout. I would happily use this service again and would highly recommend it.
