You cannot reach anyone by phone
You cannot reach anyone by phone. All you get is an automated robot person that you’re talking to. Cannot reach anyone to talk to about resetting my password. Every time you asked to speak to customer service they tell you there is a long wait a robot tells you that. I’ve tried for several days not to reach someone I cannot get into my account. Customer service is terrible. Asked for a call back from a live agent no response.
If I can’t talk to someone live, then I don’t think this company is legit.
Very poor customer service!

Fast & simple process without the multiple checks and phone calls often associated. Financial stress is difficult so a fast and simple process makes all the difference. Also love dealing with real people that have realistic understand of people and finances in difficult times.
