Brandon was great to work with. He had an immediate answer to all my questions unlike some of the competing sauna companies I checked into. He actually answered most of my questions before I even asked! There are so many saunas to choose from, it can be a bit overwhelming but after talking to Brandon the decision was easy!

Love the new sauna. Easy to assemble and operate. Broken screen when it arrived- first rep I spoke to was nice, the second not so much, final rep very nice. All handled and new screen arrived.

Great product
Great product, and great customer service. My Signature sauna came with a broken glass door. The Sunlighten team responded very quickly and shipped me a new glass door with hardware. The sauna was very straight forward to assemble. It only took us a few hours to get it assembled. The customer service was outstanding !

We love the sauna and are happy with our purchase. Assembly was not as easy as we were told it would be. I have 2 grown sons (one is a contractor) both very handy and it took them 4 hours and some heavy lifting to get the job done. Would have been good to know that ahead of time.

Expectations exceeded!
I had a feeling I would love and benefit greatly from my Solo Sauna from Sunlighten. But it completely exceeded my expectations! It’s become my haven.
The moment I get in, I feel an immediate sense of calm. It is not just about doing something great for my body (and the benefit list is LONG), it is the mental and emotional reset that makes it so special for me. I dim the lights, unplug from everything, and it becomes intentional, quiet time just for me.
I love that I’m lying down, fully relaxed, not distracted, not socializing, just going inward. I know scientifically that I’m greatly supporting my physical health, but truly calming my nervous system and reconnecting with myself might be my favorite part. I sleep better, am more centered, have less fog and bloat, and my skin is glowing! 🙌
This has easily been one of the best purchases I have ever made. I recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you for creating the gold standard in saunas! 👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
