Recommend across the board! Product and service is incredible. I am loving my Sunlighten Sauna

I am loving my Sunlighten Sauna! It was delivered way before promised and set-up was fairly easy ... even when I messed something up during set-up, the customer support team was an incredible help. So the service across the board was great.

From a prodcut perspective - it's incredible. It was an investment that was well worth it and improving my quality of life.

FIVE STARS customer service!

Tabitha called me back within 1 minute after I submitted an online inquiry. She answered all my questions and went beyond to assist me with choosing the right sauna for my needs. I didn’t planned on making my decision within the day, but her assistance made it possible! She even sent me the business locations in my area so I can try their sauna in person before purchasing, because I was skeptical. I cant wait to receive my sauna!

Sunlighten staff are all awesome

Sunlighten staff are all awesome. Great company to deal with. We love everything about our sauna purchase. Now I’m receiving the cleaning kit and towels. I’ve been notified from start to finish with products and delivery!!!

Poor customer communication

Update: Sunlighten was very responsive and apologetic about the 10 day delay, and are working to get the order expedited.

I ordered the red light mask on April 8. On April 10, I received a shipping confirmation through Fed Ex. It’s April 19, I’ve not received the mask nor had communication that it’s been delayed. Poor customer experience!

Care That Goes Beyond the Product

From the very beginning, our experience with Sunlighten has been nothing short of incredible. After I sent a message through the website chat, Chris R. personally reached out by email. That simple act of follow up turned into something truly life changing for our family.

Chris took the time to connect with me over the phone regarding a donation for my husband, who was recently diagnosed with cancer. From the moment we spoke, it was clear that he genuinely cared. He did not hesitate for a second to step in and help. He was not only compassionate, but also extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the technology behind Sunlighten’s products and the health benefits in a way that made everything easy to understand during such an overwhelming time.

He walked me through every step of the process with patience and kindness, and before I even had time to fully process it all, a sauna had been ordered and donated to my husband. Even more amazingly, Chris coordinated everything and had it set up within just a matter of days.

I truly am at a loss for words when it comes to expressing how much this has meant to us. During one of the most difficult seasons of our lives, Chris and the entire Sunlighten team showed us compassion, generosity, and genuine care that we will never forget. This has made a meaningful impact on my husband’s health journey and on our entire family.

We are beyond grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We’ve had ours for about a month now

We’ve had ours for about a month now. I’ve been using it about five times per week and my wife has been using it about three times per week. It’s so nice having it on site.

Amplifier II Review - Great experience

The Customer Service Rep answered all my questions and emailed additional helpful information pertinent to my concerns. I was able to schedule delivery on my desired date. The delivery crew was friendly and helpful. The sauna took approximately 2 hours to set up and was fairly simple. The panels were a little heavier than expected.
