First of all, as we know that Sun Life is known who gives a high standard services to take care of their clients to make sure that their client receives the best care and treatment they need. Based on my personal experience, the process was smooth and was able to clarify all the coverage for me to be able to understand all the information that I needed to know. Just got Insured!

I had a great experience working with the advisor. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and guided me throughout the entire application process. They answered all of my questions clearly and were also very friendly and professional, which made the process much easier.

One suggestion for improvement would be the website login experience. It would be helpful if the system could remember passwords or reduce the need to enter a PIN every time logging in, as it can be a bit inconvenient.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the support I received.

I was locked out from my account. Cannot access my account- always showing wrong credentials even after resetting the password. Customer service is not replying to my enquiry.
