Sunergy fitted our new Fox solar battery system and from start to finish, the whole team were extremely professional, informative, knowledgeable, helpful and when fitting the battery and equipment, very tidy and clean.

Recently had our inverter replaced after the original one failed.
The company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, efficient and competitive on price.
The engineer who arrived to do the work, Jordan, was polite and friendly, and did the job in an hour, including installing the app on my phone.

The young men who arrived and fitted my new battery and inverter were polite / friendly and efficient. At the moment getting used to electricity going to the battery rather than the national grid.

So Happy in choosing Sunergy for my battery. I have had Panels for a few years and wanted to add battery to capture the rest of the energy we are producing. These guys were very professional no pressure fully explained things and very knowledgeable. The installers were great guys very friendly and explained what they were going to do and "was that ok". They completely cleaned up everything when they finished, Great Job. I would confidently recommend this company to anyone who is considering Panels or batteries.

I have had a 3.99kW solar array since 2011 and had been enjoying the FiT, with the original 25 year contract, for 13 years when I finally decided it was time to add battery storage.
Following a wide search I settled on Sunergy as they quite simply displayed a level of competence and understanding that reflects their hands on experience rather then reading form a crib sheet. A second convenience it that they are also quite local.
The system I chose was initially a 5kWh, but I very quickly asked them to upgrade to 10kWh storage that is installed outside.
The new invertor has proven to be more efficient than the original 2011 unit and delivers something in the order of an additional 5% generation I also benefit from being able to choose to draw from the grid during the cheap hours that has provided a significant reduction in use of higher tariff periods power.
Now with just over 12 months running with the new system all is working extremely well in the background and the benefits from the spring and summer heatwaves in the FiT payments has been super.
Notifying my FiT provider of the changes and new type of generation meter was straightforward, with very prompt help from Sunergy, although the FiT provider asked several questions twice after already having the answer! Nevertheless my FiT payments have continued with regularity.
My only regret is waiting so long before adding the Sunergy system, Hey ho.

So pleased with our installation of batteries, inverter and car charger. I contacted several companies before Sunergy and experienced a lot of hard sells from what were obviously call centres who just wanted to sign you up on the phone. When I contacted Sunergy I spoke to James who was happy to answer all my questions (there were a lot) and come out to our house to show us how the app works and assess the job. Yesterday Mason and Jordan installed the system and we are thrilled. They explained how everything works and left our home clean and tidy. I feel that every client is important to them and not just a number and I thank James, Mason, Jordan and Jo for their superb service.

Mason and Jordan arrived on time and were very professional and competent. The installation of the Inverter and Battery Storage pack was neat and tidy. Excellent work by the lads and one happy customer.....me.

A great service. Following an inquiry online I received a site visit from James who looked at my Solar set-up and made the recommendations, I'd previously engaged another solar provider for some work and the difference was there right from this moment. James came across really honestly and genuine. The quote I later received felt really fair and the installation from Mason and Jordan was really professional, both off them were polite tidy in their work and helpful in setting up and explaining how the app works. We bought a storage battery system from Synergy, having researched the issue for some time and spoken to a number of suppliers. This company know what they are talking about and promote the product without a hard sell, offer a good price, explain how to use the product and are available to help if any queries later

When other specialist companies showed no interest when my inverter failed, Sunergy stepped up promptly and provided a quotation and date for the work to be carried out. Jordan arrived on time and quickly got the replacement inverter fitted and my system back to working normally.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff and tidy, quick installation of 15kw batteries to take advantage of cheap off peak electric rates. I much appreciated their flexibility when I changed my mind about the sizing of batteries needed.

We finally found Sunergy after 3 years of contacting many local and UK solar energy companies who had no interest in replacing a failed battery in a domestic solar setup. Sunergy, by contrast, were helpful, answered all our queries quickly with great expertise, and installed a new battery inverter and software. They were friendly, tidy, quick and helpful, and the new system works perfectly. The installers like chocolate chip cookies with their cuppa. Heartily recommended!

This is a great local company. We have used them twice to add devices to our Solar Power system. On both occasions they could not have been more helpful. The quality of the work and the aftersales service is also very good, answering queries that occur. We would highly recommend Sunergy
