Having purchased the SumUp POS pro…
Having purchased the SumUp POS pro system I have now had it for nearly 2 weeks and it still isn’t working. I have had multiple chats on the support app and when they cannot solve it they just end the chat. Over 700€ for a POS and I don’t mean point of sale!! They tell me they have passed it onto another department and await an email that never comes. Over 1.5 hours today. 2 chat assistants. Waiting for a third. Nothing achieved

Good for small transactions
Great for small transactions like maybe a hotdog stand or something like that, anything over a couple hundred bucks then they want customers signatures and a bunch of other documents. Basically like square. If you are going to do large transactions don't waste your time with this company. Update i had my customer sign the document for them to release the funds and sent a invoice, and yet they still refunded the customer.
Also you and I both know that is a lie if I charge someone 5 bucks that won't be a problem, if I were to charge someone $10,000 you would have major questions and concerns, so the amount is for sure without any doubt a factor.
