Noch immer das gleiche Problem
Noch immer das gleiche Problem: Die Anzahlung in Höhe von über 700,00 €, die wochenlang nicht gefunden wurde (nach 10 Wochen habe ich bei einer anderen Einrichtung ein Ferienhaus gebucht), wird einbehalten. Eine klärende Mail habe ich auch nicht erhalten. Mir wurde nur mitgeteilt, das Geld sei inzwischen gefunden und ich kann kündigen, wenn ich nicht mehr anreisen möchte. Laut AGB gehört ihnen die Anzahlung.
