I had previously ordered xl shirts &…
I had previously ordered xl shirts & they are a little snug so I ordered [3] more at the 2xl size. I have too much room in these & they come down almost to my knees. This is very uncomfortable to me. I am 6' 2" and don't normally wear big & tall, regular fit is usually ok. The shirts are nice enough but for working outside in 80-90 degree heat forget it. Maybe an air conditioned building is ok but not outside.

Shoes already ripped only had them since the 5th.
I ordered the shoes under the understanding that there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Whether I misread these instructions, or the instructions themselves are misleading, I'm not sure. They were great shoes, then someone ran over my boyfriend's foot with a cart, and ripped right through them. I hopped on the website hoping that I would find help, but they do not take back any shoes with damages. It hasn't even been a month yet, I got the shoes on the 5th of May. They're already messed up, and there's nothing I can do about it unless I want to pay 100 more dollars. Pretty unsatisfied.

Please accept our apologies. We don’t believe you do not quite understand the two warranties. Inside the box your work shoes came in was the Timberland Pro warranty card:
Timberland, has a 30 day comfort Guarantee: Within the first thirty (30) days of owning your Timberland PRO® footwear, if you don’t think they’re your most comfortable pair of work boots, just return them directly to Timberland at 1-888-802-9947 with your dated receipt of purchase for a full refund.
Sullivan Uniform has a 60 day return policy of new and unworn products, as well as manufacturers defects for the useable life of the shoe, such as a seam split, or eyelet, or heal falling off for example.
With all respect, your description of a cart running over your boyfriends foot, is not covered by any of the above. It would be similar to purchasing an iPhone, taking it home only to drop it on the floor cracking the screen and then taking it back to the store asking for a refund. The show you purchase was a light weight safety toe shoe (tennis shoe style) and not a heavy duty leather boot or shoe.
We will have someone reach out to you, and assist you with contacting the manufacturer for a possible replacement or discount
