Great customer service and great product! I may have overlooked it but a sizing chart would be helpful as well as recommendations on sizing. I ordered a medium button down Short sleeve t-short and it fits more like a large or extra large. Now I know to order a size smaller to have the clothing fit the way I need it as well as how to order for the rest of my shop. Thank you so much for the great service you provide!

These are great work shirts at a great price. The cotton/poly blend is perfect for resisting the chemicals (especially chlorine) our techs work with.

My order was dellivered to the wrong address. FedEx was no help fixing their mistake. I called Sullivan to inform them about what had happened. (I chose free shipping as opposed to paying for UPS) my customer service rep, Shannon, replaced the order and shipped UPS. This problem was not their fault, but they took it to heart and replaced the order to prove that customer service is a priority at Sullivan. I’ve bought uniforms from them in the past. They have now become my first call!!
