After ordering nothing to be heard of the order. Got in contact with the seller, so far nothing. If I don't hear back within 5 business days I will take legal action against the seller for violation of the consumer rights.

I purchase a yellow bag from this company from the 3rd July and it’s the 17th and no email I phoned no answer NOTHING ABOUT MY ORDER IM TRAVELLING THIS WEEK AND NO BAG

I would have given this company a big fat zero if allowed. But unfortunately you can't.

I ordered dresses for suits and tutus because the company advertised as located in the UK. I was initially given a FAKE tracking number. These dresses did not arrive on time for the events they were needed for even though I chased the company several times and was reassured that I will get them on time. When the dresses finally arrive, I thought about keeping them regardless however the quality of the material and sewing were very poor. So couldn't keep them.

I contacted the company for a refund as this was already discussed before the dresses arrived (because they were delivered late). An approved return label was generated by the company and these items have been received for a month now but no refund has been issued. I have chased this company using email, telephone, chat and text and up till now no reply from them. They are owing me approx £200.

Please do no buy from this company as they are fraud. Their location is in china not UK as advertised. The clothing are cheap material.

I ordered a suit for my graduation and I am yet to receive it. It’s been over a month! I also tried to contact their customer service and no one is responding.

My experience with this website was a bad one. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Most probably this website is a scam. I've ordered a pink suit which was suppose to be delivered a week ago. I got in contact with a person on the number provided online. Apparently the suit has been sent. No tracking number, no email to confirm the suit is on the way, absolutely nothing. The lady I spoke is keep trying to make me wait and wait and wait. Today I told her to refund my money as I don't want to keep waiting for an order which definitely I will not receive it. Be aware before ordering! If the lady read the review my order number is/was #2855!

Pure gumph! Ordered a jacket £84 over a month ago and I’ve not even had as much as a confirmation email! No response from customer service either! Fake site!! I’ve yet to hear of anyone ACTUALLY receiving their order at all!

Waiting over a month now for my dress. No response from customer service. Waste of £55

There’s no ZERO star option! Complete scam!! Can someone please explain to me how I go about getting my money back.
Iv returned a suit I ordered, which btw was pure tripe, and have yet to receive my refund even though they emailed to accept my return request and confirm receipt of my returned package.
How do I go about claiming my money back??

Ordered the red bodycon dress for my birthday, and needed it asap. I got in touch to see if they would be able to get it out to me earlier than expected. I believe the lady was called Fiona, said she would ship it out as soon as she could.

My dress arrived in time and was great quality. Super happy, will deffo be ordering again.

Purchased an outfit for Eurovision on 27th April, it does say online will be shipped within 10-15 business days so I was being optimistic!! I had a phone call on Friday to say my order was being dispatched. I’d already left my house to travel to Liverpool. The lady on the phone said she would send it next day delivery guaranteed by 1pm to Liverpool. The outfit arrived and was absolutely amazing quality. Faultless customer service - Thankyou so much for going that extra mile!!! Will 100% be back!
