Deceptive company. Only order if you have months to wait even if they state the item is ready to ship. I was called rude for asking for an on their socials. The listing terms were changed to gaslight me into thinking I ordered a made to order item when I didn't. They canceled my order but I'm still waiting for my refund. They have a loyal facebook fanbase but pay attention to their posts. No one's items arrive in a timely manner as expected. I was blocked on social media for questioning shipping times. That is a major red flag that they are blocking anyone who leaves any type of negative reviews.

I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this brand, now rebranded as “ArriCo” (formerly AriTutus). The rebrand clearly doesn’t reflect any real change in how the business is run.

My experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, business owner very aggressive and any attempt to ask reasonable questions was met with a defensive and confrontational and very unprofessional attitude. Instead of taking accountability, they shift blame onto customers, which is completely unacceptable for any business, especially one taking people’s money.

There seems to be a clear pattern of unprofessional behavior and endless orders delays with no accountability from her whatsoever- not just a one-time issue. A rebrand should come with improved service and professionalism, but unfortunately, that’s not the case here.

Customer service is essentially nonexistent once payment is made. Respect, transparency, and basic business ethics are lacking.

Save yourself the stress, time, and frustration! there are far better, more reliable brands out there that actually value their customers and treat them right.
