Ordered Monday 1PM and received at 9am Tuesday morning. Quality and feel of the product is 5 star.
If I could give this zero I would! Ordered a pair of trousers to be delivered as I was going to a wedding. They were showing as delivered but the product wasn’t where it had stated. This leaving me to have to drive 50 miles to get another pair so I could go to the wedding. Massive inconvenience and now out of pocket. When contacting the customer service they didn’t seem bothered at all telling me they will get back to me which they never have despite me sending 4 emails. Totally ignored so I have proceeded with a chargeback. Shocking service and will not shop here again.

Great service from Kym in the Gateshead,metrocentre branch. Needed a suit for a wedding in May got me kitted out straight away, I also need 8 suits for my groomsmen for my wedding in November and was very helpful with arranging dates and timescales for a visit back to the shop.I highly recommend these guys, I’ve had a few suits off them now.
Me and my partner were looking at suits for him and his groomsman we ordered his first and he loved it! Went to order the groomsmans and unfortunately online they didn’t have all sizes that we needed. We emailed and they contacted us and managed to sort it all out and get all the sizes! I was so happy with service!
One of our groomsman has come over from Australia and unfortunately the trousers didn’t fit and online most of the sizes were out of stock, I phoned the number given to me previously and was just told none of the sizes would be in until after our wedding date, I was gutted and didn’t know what to do I was a little disappointed with the service on this phone call after having great previous customer service, it was not that they couldn’t get them but more the blunt reply and that was it.
I thought I would just message on Facebook too and I’m so glad I did they were so helpful and told me to contact Wednesday when they should have a delivery. I messaged on the Wednesday and straight away they had already put a pair aside for us and made available for me to purchase online! I’m so grateful for this as we wouldn’t have know what do, 100% good service via Facebook, posted the same day, thank you for saving the day!
Just bought the Santorini Sky Blazer, matching waistcoat with navy blue trousers. Fits perfectly and traveled from Glasgow to Newcastle to get it. Amazing quality and well worth the trip.

I recently ordered a suit from Suit Culture for an upcoming wedding, and I was really impressed from start to finish.
My original order arrived promptly within just three days, which was a great start. I did need to exchange one item due to a sizing issue, but the returns process was straightforward and easy to manage.
When I ordered replacement trousers, there was an issue with DPD and the parcel appeared to be lost. Suit Culture stepped in immediately, contacted DPD, and rearranged delivery. Unfortunately, DPD failed to deliver a second time, but when I got back in touch, the response from Suit Culture was excellent.
On both occasions, I spoke with friendly and helpful team members, and I also received prompt, professional email updates. They quickly arranged for another replacement pair to be sent out, which arrived within two working days.
Considering this all took place over the Easter bank holiday period, the level of service was exceptional. The team were efficient, professional, and clearly committed to resolving the issue without hassle.
This is my second or third time purchasing from Suit Culture, and once again, they have delivered both in terms of product quality and customer service. The suits are excellent quality, and the overall experience has been consistently positive.
I would highly recommend Suit Culture to anyone. A big thank you to the team – I will definitely be purchasing from you again.
Overall was happy with the suit on arrival and tried on Jacket and Trousers which seemed fine, Then a month later when I went to try full suit on I found the waistcoat to be a good bit larger than I was expecting. As I’d fallen outside of the 2 week return window I was told nothing could be done to help me even though no tags etc had been removed from the waistcoat . Was ideally looking for a swap for a smaller size which I didnt expect to cause any issues but was told there was nothing they could do. Overall just a bit disappointed as feel most places would understand and be able to do something to help. Just leaving this here to make sure people try on everything on arrival and don’t just take for granted the sizes will be exactly as presented online and also don’t fall out of the 2 weeks return as no help will be given after this date.
^^Just to clarify this issue was in no way resolved and no thurther help was offered after I phoned in that day, I have received absolutely no communication from Suit Culture so have no idea why they have responded to this trust pilot review as though they have. Seems very strange to say the least

Spent the morning with the lovely Evie. She was very helpful and extremely patient as we didn’t know what we were after. Gave us her opinions when needed and didn’t want to rush us what so ever. Lovely girl and friendly. Would 100% recommend coming to Suit Culture and definitely with Evie, wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else.
I can honestly say the customer service at Suit Culture is the best I’ve ever experienced. From the packaging to the communication, and the genuinely personable replies to emails everything is absolutely spot on.
They’ve truly got customer service down to a tee, alongside offering great quality suits. I wouldn’t consider buying from anywhere else now.
What really stood out was receiving a response to an email I sent on a Sunday over the Easter bank holiday within an hour. That’s what you call exceptional service.
